Called to have service done on our single car garage door as it was just sounding "tired" and in need of some TLC. The tech walked me through the issues he found and what it was going to take to repair the worn our parts, as well as walking me through the prices for everything. He was very thorough with what needed to be done and made it very easy for me to understand why certain parts needed to be replace. Doug did a GREAT job and was in, and out, in less than one hour. Garage door opens like it's new all over again. Thanks Precision Garage Door. You guys will 100% always be my company for garage doors!!!

I experienced a sincere, honest, secure, open service person, who explained my options for either looking for a quote at last resort for their team for new double wide garage door with them or fixing the one I had. We decided to repair the 20 yr. old one I had been using as it was electrically intact. Also, I just retired and my wife was pushed out of here job at a hospital. My garage door door was self destructing due to age and another companies poor job-(what they did to the components, and its quick deteriation, and present condition was evidence). Immediate fix right then, took a while, with continued and great efforts in exhausting heat and humidity. Great worker and expert on these products. Super professional, ethical, sincere, and responsible man. I would use this company and that gentleman any day on any day for any work to do on my doors or property!
