Great experience! I called on Saturday when I realized a spring was broken. A service call was set up for later that same day. When a cancellation happened, they called me to see if coming sooner was OK, which it was. The tech, Carlos, called ahead and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was very professional friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a full inspection and recommended replacement of the bearings in addition to the broken spring. He also called to my attention that the Genie Track was a bit worn, but was working OK. I decided to go ahead and replace it too. Carlos had the repairs done right away. The door operates perfectly now and is much more quiet. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

The technician, Carlos, explained all options for repair or replacement of my garage door opener and the associated garage door mechanical parts that were affecting the operation of the opener. He allowed me to make an informed decision, without pressuring me to go one way or the other. Once I made a decision, he implemented it and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

The young man who came to my home was prompt, polite and did a fabulous job. He explained all the options to my husband and myself and then we made the choice. He then did the work in the time he said he would and he was excellent. I could not ask for better service and a better technician - he is the best. I only wish I had called you all first. Thank goodness the other did not show up and I got you all instead. Thank you so much for everything.
