Our technician, David, arrived promptly, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered options for our issue and had all parts needed on the truck. That was nice to know that he didn't have to postpone the repair to another day. David was very thorough and did the replacement of everything needed with promptness in a very professional manner. Our door is so quite now, why didn't we do this sooner!?? We would definitively recommend Precision.

Broken Spring, not really what I wanted on Christmas Eve, but I was glad Precision was able to send a Technician out to repair. John Pappas came out, replaced the springs with heavy duty springs, bearings, and nylon rollers. John did a great quality job! The garage door is so quiet now! Thank You for quick quality service.

Excellent experience with Precision. After I backed into the half open door, the bottom roller popped out. After releasing the opener and testing the door, it still worked. Precision came out to check things out and made a few adjustments and popped the roller back in. Very pleasant technician who arrived on schedule. We will surely use Precision in our future door opener needs. Thank-you very much.

Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke and I placed the call for service. The repairman (Jeffrey Pinney) arrived within the hour and was very professional and knowledgable explaining what had happened and what the fix was. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn't call anyone else when I have garage door issues - many thanks!

Chris Carelas Was out And he did such a good job. I cannot tell you how happy I was with his knowledge and everything about him. He reset my garage door opener’s and he also sent my car to the garage door opener. I have been told the other garage door opener would not work on the same remote but he said it would and he fixed it right away. I am so pleased
