I had springs put in two months ago, and today when there was an electrical outing, I tried to open the door manually and I had a problem I called precision told them the situation, and they said they would send someone out to address the issue. When they came they indicated that the pulley that I tried to disengage from the motor was old and needed to be pulled harder. they did not charge me for a service call. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you I will use them again in the future.

Once he got things apart there were a few other things that he found that when he showed me I was very glad he brought them to my attention. The Haas garage door and the Linear belt drive open look and work great. The installation was fast and, in the end, everything is as expected. The people were good, handling my questions and concerns. I did have to manage the install somewhat, but in the end it all came out great.
