John Tsangarinos showed up promptly, examined the garage door assembly, explained the problem in layman's terms, outlined the options and costs and completed the repairs along with a more powerful garage door opener to replace our older, less efficient defective opener. The repair was done on site for an acceptable cost and we were extremely satisfied with the result.

The technician came up with 3 levels of plans to address my garage door's needs. I chose the one I could afford right now and I'm confident my garage door is much more stable and will function well until we can afford a whole new door.

Tech Michael Boyle arrived at our house on Saturday night at 9:10 pm. He did a wonderful job and the overhead door has never worked better. He went the extra mile, took his time and explained everything one needs to know. He is the reflection of a well run company. Precision was not recommended to me. I took a chance and am glad I did. I will certainly call them again if need be.

I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.

He did not try to oversell parts or service, but did an amazing job on the repair. He suggested things to do on a preventative measure and things that needed to be done to get the door working again. He was very accommodating and professional.
