Through Angie's list I used the garage door tune-up promotion. I was very pleased with the service. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and made me aware of further repairs that would be needed for optimal operation but was not pushy about it. I had one of the three repairs done and will do the others in the near future.

I choose Precision because I needed immediate service and was attracted by the internet ad about your same-day service. I got an appointment within just a little over an hour. Matt called before arrival, called upon arrival and was thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem with my door. Within an hour I was on my way. This is the 3rd time we have had garage door service from Precision. Our service technician James was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He presented options to me, and we agreed that replacing the belt AND the springs was the best option. The repairs were done in less than an hour, and everything is working fine! As well, when I originally called for service, the young lady I spoke with, can't remember her name, was able to walk me through disengaging the door lift mechanism so I could open the 2-car garage door manually and get my vehicle out!! Great service, I would definitely recommend Precision for anyone's garage door needs, as well as use them personally in the future!
