I would highly recommend Precision Door. The springs on my door had broken leaving my truck stranded. They came right out and I was able to get out of my garage in under an hour. Precision replaced torsion springs for me 4 years ago. I called recently to have 3 remotes programmed because I had difficulty doing it properly. They noticed a problem with the door opener I was unaware of that would have been serious, if not repaired. The technicians made the repair and gave me a discount due to the added expense. I had a 50 dollar coupon I forgot to use. I called later in the day, and they honored it with a 50 dollar refund. Great technician and outstanding customer service.
