I did research on garage door repair companies prior to me calling Precision. I chose Precision because of the positive reviews and them being on Angie's list Edward came out to repair torsion springs. He also observed that the bearings were worn and needed replacing. When I told him that it was not in my budget, he explained the ability to pay in two installments. My husband and I were quite pleased with the professionalism of Ed and the overall job he did. He was quick, thorough,and quiet. We will recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

My technician Doug was fantastic. The problem with my door was very minor, but I was also aware that my door was very old and noisy and probably might have more complicated problems in the future. Doug carefully outlined options, explained what each would accomplish as well as warranty information. He was very personable and professional. I told him the door was very noisy going up and down. He looked it over and found several problems the home inspector missed. James was wonderful! The spring on my garage door broke and I could not open the door with my car inside. I found Precision Garage on Angie's list web site and was greatly impressed by the number and positive comments about the Precision Garage service. I soon saw why there were so many. Even though it was Saturday a technician Matt Cipolla was at my house. He explained all the work to me, and quickly had things back in shape and the garage door working better than new.
