Our service today was in response to a previous repair. We had the bottom seal replaced on our door in November & it came loose and part of it shredded & stopped the door from closing. You responded in one day's time and replaced the seal at no charge. We are very satisfied with the work and the quick response. We would certainly call you again in the future!!

We called about noon today. They said the technician would be at the house between 4 and 6pm. The technician,James, after calling about 20 minutes before, arrived at around 5:00. After examining the system, he explained what we needed and the cost. He installed the new parts, explained the system to us and even help program my car. He was done a little after 7pm. We are very impressed with the service.

I specifically requested Craig Earle because he did my servicing back in 2009. His skills, expertise, and overall job knowledge are "off the charts" because he is so good in all aspects of his job, and he took a lot of extra time with me as well explaining everything he did from installing the new Linear motor, to replacing belts, rollers, bearing plates, working my new remotes, etc. I've worked in customer service as the Executive Assistant in Hospital Administration for 35+ years now, and Craig's polite and courteous demeanor, as well as his professional customer service skills are among the best I've ever seen. My garage door broke and I need it replaced today. Doug Naparono our service technician called and asked if he could arrive before our scheduled appointment time. Of course this was very unusual, in most cases the technicians arrive late, this was a first. My main concern with this garage door opener was the noise level when opening and closing the garage door. Well let me tell you, I am impressed this thing is whisper quiet(not kidding). I would highly recommend Precision Doors and I will use them for all of my garage door repair needs. And perhaps the most important thing is Doug Naporano was professional, considerate, and finished on time. Honestly Doug is the guy you want coming to your home if you need repairs or replacements for your garage door.

Choose your company based on Angie's List reviews. Replaced 22 year old chain drive garage door opener with a new Linear 3/4hp belt drive. Technician rebuilt/replaced all worn out moving parts of the garage door. This thing is amazing! Unless you're in the garage, you can't hear it operating! Technician "Doug" was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained all aspects of work to be preformed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new door opener.
