We called based on the positive customer reviews. We called for service a little after noon, a prompt, friendly agent listened to our request and let us know immediately when they could get a technician to our home. Edward arrived on time and was very specific in what was needed to repair the door at a reasonable cost - No Suprises. We also received an emailed electronic invoice (perfect for those who keep files electronically)and a follow-up to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

IT WAS SUNDAY MORNING. WENT OUT TO GET THE PAPER. PUSHED THE OVERHEAD DOOR BUTTON. OPENED 6" THEN CLOSED. TRIED AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO LUCK. PULLED RELEASE TO MANUALLY OPEN AND COULD ONLY OPEN IT 2 FT. JUST ABOUT BROKE MY BACK. WENT ONLINE AND FOUND PRECISION. CALLED AND GOT AMY WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. SHE SIAD SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 PM. BEN ELLIOT SHOWED UP A LITTLE AFTER ONE AND FOUND I HAD A BROKEN SPRING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSI0NAL AND DID THE REPAIR IN A SPEEDY MANNER. WORKS FINE AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. The technician, Doug, called ahead to let me know when to expect him and he arrived on time. He gave me an estimate of repairs and talked to me about what was needed to get my door working like new again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a feeling of confidence and trust.
