I called and got service the same day which was great, my garage was stuck shut. They arrived with in the given time frame. It cost about what I had expected. The technician was great and did a good job with explaining what happened and what he did and how to take care of my torsion springs. I also got a brake down on how much each thing cost and what I am paying for.

From the gal that took the initial call, to Mike's professional assessment and installation, great to to see a first rate company perform this well. I called for an estimate and was given a price for new springs of between $70 - $120 each depending on the garage door and what size springs would be required. There was no service charge if the company was hired to complete the repair. The technician happened to be in the area of my home and was there within a half hour. He was very quick to get the repair done and gave me some advice for maintenance to perform on the garage doors. The total repair charge ended up being a little more than $300.00 but the work was done quickly and efficiently.
