It would touch the ground and then re-open automatically. The service technician, Michael, knew right-away what the problem was and corrected the problem. he was very polite and professional. The previous owner of the house I just bought in April had the garage door spring replaced in January and was very pleased with the service provided, which is why I decided to contact Precision when my door started acting flaky. Sure enough, I was just as satisfied with the service and the tech, Matt. He walked into my garage and knew the problem right away. Once he replaced the safety sensors, the door worked like a charm! I will definitely keep Precision on speed dial if my garage door misbehaves again!

I called and got service the same day which was great, my garage was stuck shut. They arrived with in the given time frame. It cost about what I had expected. The technician was great and did a good job with explaining what happened and what he did and how to take care of my torsion springs. I also got a brake down on how much each thing cost and what I am paying for.

I called for an estimate and was given a price for new springs of between $70 - $120 each depending on the garage door and what size springs would be required. There was no service charge if the company was hired to complete the repair. The technician happened to be in the area of my home and was there within a half hour. He was very quick to get the repair done and gave me some advice for maintenance to perform on the garage doors. The total repair charge ended up being a little more than $300.00 but the work was done quickly and efficiently.
