We purchased our garage door 10 years ago. We recently called because the garage door was not closing. The onsite tech mentioned the age of the garage door opener, the raggedness of the belt, the squeaking rollers. This all came with a high pressure sales call from the manager. The pitch was new $3600 system. Never tried to help us fix it. I kept reading online and finally solved the problem with some WD40 on the rollers.

Christopher looked over a couple of issues we were having with our garage door and he gave us recommendation that we moved forward with. He had everything he needed on his van and our door works like brand new. I’d recommend them for any work you may need.

Lucas ( my tech) worked for several hours (at night, in the heat ) and was very professional and empathetic. Even though, it was an unexpected expense - I felt confident he gave me good info and options. He also let me know I could pay in 3 installments (with no finance charge )which was helpful.
