A friend recommended we call Precision, and we did. I have absolutely no complaints. They were able to come out the next day to replace our springs that we've had since 1994, Orion was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and all of my questions. He never tried to push things that we didn't need. He was upfront and honest on items we should consider replacing and items that could wait. Hopefully we won't have to see them anytime soon, but if we do they will be the company we call.

Stefan Harris, our repair technician, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and expeditiously resolved both our perceived as well as an additional garage door issue. The second issue would have resulted in the door completely failing. My wife and I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door. We will use them to replace the existing door when the current door becomes unserviceable.

We have used Precision for maintenance for our garage door. But today, the 29 yr old garage door got a broken coil. I called your company about 3:15 pm and approximately 1 hr later a technician named Robert( Garrett) came to our home. He explained our options and fixed the door. By 6:15 our garage door was operational. Robert was kind, respectful & knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the repair. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Jimmy was an absolute professional!!! His van was very organized and clean, had a fully stocked van, and had everything he needed to complete multiple jobs on my garage door. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so I could understand the importance of what he was doing. By the time he was done, didn’t even recognize my door!!! It was so quiet that you could only hear the garage door opener motor!! Great job and extremely professional!!!

Robert was our technician. He was extremely professional and personable. He also answered a few questions that I had concerning the garage door operation itself. Overall, I found the price of the new springs a little steep. I did comparison shop prior to selecting Precision. There were cheaper prices out there, but I think utilizing what I deem as a professional organization was worth the price. Your CSR's Morgan and Mary were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.
