He called before his arrival, professional with his work and very courteous answering all my questions. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the product and I think is a valuable employee to Precision Garage Door.

We have been a customer for almost 10 years. This was the first time we have had Sean Wolf as a technician. It was New Years Eve, first thing in the morning we were given a 12- 4 timeframe. They called at 10 am saying they could come now. Perfect! Who wants to work late on a holiday weekend especially a wet one? Sean was quick and very thorough. Very impressed with your company. I called your office and was told the Technician would be out in a few hours. Luckily he had finished his other job and called me to come earlier. Great communications within your company. Luke was very knowledgeable and started working on our door with broken springs. I was surprised that the truck was equipped with all the inventory of parts to fix the doors. Great inventory management. He got both doors fixed and working properly. Thanks Robert

I knew I needed to have my garage door opener looked at soon because it was making a funny noise. I happen to see a Precision Garage Door van driving through my community. I stopped the driver, Nick and he happily followed me home to look at my issue. Just doing that alone, warrants a 5 star review, but the service I received once he inspected my opener was top notch. Within 2 hours time, I have a brand new Genie opener with a 3 yr warranty and knowing I don’t have that worry any longer eases my mind. Great job, Nick!

Michael Freeman responded promptly and showed up early as the repair and install had to be completed on the same day. The dispatcher was courteous and responsive and kept me informed of the technician's arrival. Michael was thorough in explaining the available options and very professional in his services, explanation and demonstration of the unit after installation, and advised of future maintenance as well. He went above and beyond and my overall experience with this company was excellent. Highly recommend!

We call Precision when our garage door would not close. Within 24 hours we had a tech out who was polite and knowledgeable. The wonderful office staff kept us informed to the techs arrival as he was a bit delayed. A very professionally run organization.

Only submitted this review because we got an e-mail requesting it... We requested a quote to have a broken spring repaired on our seven year old home. We asked several folks in our neighborhood with similar home models how much they paid for the same repair. The answers varied from $200 - $470. After receiving other quotes, Precisions quote came in at over $1,800! That's almost four times the price of the next highest quote that we received ($460). Further, the technician insisted on rebuilding our entire garage door system because Precision doesn't Wayne Dalton parts. Huge waste of our time and Precision's gas to drive out. Not only that, the technician insisted that we lift our 230lbs garage door so that he wouldn't need to pass through the house. Mind you, I'm a disabled-veteran. Highly-unprofessional - avoid! Our large neighborhood community group got a pretty good laugh out of the quote. Suppose I should have the VA bill Precision for my next chiropractors appointment.

My garage door opener was replaced and done quickly and perfectly by Zack Harrison. Zack was terrific. He showed up 15 minutes early, checked my old opener, discussed my options, replaced the unit and set up the opener in my cars. I strongly recommend Precision.
