Josh was our technician. He let us know ahead of time when he would be there. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood what had to be done and why. He helped us in so many ways during the process. He was very respectful to recalcitrant neighbors, truthful and straighforward with his communications. Our new door opening unit is so quiet compared to the previous one. It is a wonderful feeling to have a new reliable unit. I have used Precision since I had my garage doors rehabilitated back in 2010. the technician was prompt friendly and efficient in the installation of a second key pad and reinstalling the homelink connections to my current garage door openers.

Our technician, Lewis was a perfect gentleman - was on time and was very professional and pleasant to have in our home. Precision was able to come to my home within a couple hours of calling to fix my garage door. When they were done, they checked out my entire system & told me one item that should be repaired before it failed. They completed both repairs for a great price. I will definitely use them again.

I called at 1:30PM and was told the tech (Braxton) would arrive between 2 and 6. He was here in 30 min. Explained my options and I decided on a new motor as ours was 20 yrs old. In about 2 hrs we had a key pad, 2 remotes and a new motor and rail. Absolutely great technician that explained everything, cleaned up his parts and we are super happy. Great Job Braxton, company is lucky to have you as an employee
