On 7/25/2025, I had two Liftmaster 98022 wall mount garage door openers installed, I also had both garage doors rebuilt. On 9/21/2025 one of the doors malfunctioned . On 9/22/2025 Luke Rose came to repair it. He spent several hours, and went over the intire door, found a problem from the original install 15 years ago. Now the door works very well and very quiet. All at no charge. This man is a credit to the company. THANK YOU LUKE!!

My garage door and motor were very old. My son told me to get estimates to replace them. So I did. I heard about precision doors so I was familiar with there work. I got 3 estimates. They were in the middle. I went with Precision! I was extremely happy with all the people I had phone contacts with to the gentleman who measures for the door to the technicians that actually installed it. The garage door was what I expected and so was the motor . The techs were extremely nice and efficient. They explained the maintenance of the door. How to use the remote. Answered questions I had to my satisfaction I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Well, I had some difficulty with defective panels that may have been more cosmetic than anything,Precision Garage Doors stood by to replace them until they were right. It took several times to get it right, but there was never a kickback from them. They just ordered replacement panels to make it right. Took a little longer to get it right, but it is fully correct and I’m very happy with my garage door. Several different technicians have come. Every one of them has been polite, Explained what they were doing, and on time always.

Our garage door opener, originally installed in 2006, had begun malfunctioning—closing prematurely, reversing unexpectedly, and leaking oil. In addition, the logic board and capacitor had failed, the springs had lost their tension, and the bearings were cutting into the shaft, making the door extremely heavy and difficult to operate. Aidan Blanchette provided outstanding service in addressing these issues. He was exceptionally thorough in his inspection, professional in his conduct, and efficient in his work. We have had our garage door for several years and absolutely love it. I have a 13ft high garage so we went with a high lift door with a jack shaft that removed the common track just above your head. We called in a Warrenty claim and Chris McVeigh was our service technician. He was supper polite and very pleasant, especially it being the end of day and the issue was not very apparent and it took a lot of steps climbing up to the controller so many times to debug the issue…. He left with a smile and on to the next job.
