Aaron W. wow what can I say. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are reading this review, I am going to tell you, what a great service I got from this gentleman. First of all, I contacted this company today Tuesday October 14 because the company I hired last Friday October 10th came in and installed a motor for 1 of my garage door and since the tech didn't have the 2nd motor for my 2nd garage door, we agreed to meet today Tuesday October 14 and him and his company, totally disappeared. Now, that being said, I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent Aaron W. to my house and what a service. This guy, not only gave me a great service, he also helped me set up the controllers, the wall key pad, suggested to change the rollers so my garage doors operate the quietest possible and wow he was right. He took his time to make sure that I understood everything and saw me do it everything he thought me so he knew I was 100% secured, comfortable, and satisfied with the entire installation. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Thank you Mr. Aaron for everything you did for me. I recommend this company and this gentlemen to anyone in need of repairs and/or new installation of garage doors.

I have used Precision for my garage doors in the past and found their technicians always professional, neat clean and courteous. There was an issue with our large RV garage door on our home that was installed when our home was built and the company used by the builder installed a residential garage door when a commercial door and all hardware should have been utilized. The techs made every effort to correct the issue but it appears that it may indeed need to be replaced with a commercial door. Precision has been very reasonable to apply the money spent to try to correct the door but are willing to install a new correct door and apply our recent costs to repair. Precision takes care of their customers as so many companies have been lax in doing so. If the occasion should arise please consider utilizing their services. Don

The appointment was efficient from start to finish. Our repairman, Jesus Dimasse, call right before coming and arrived timely. This is a big deal to me because I have to leave work to meet repairmen all the time and when they are not there when they say they will,....I am not happy about that. Additionally, Jesus, explained everything that was going on with our opener, explained our options, went over the cost of fix options, and then did the job. He even programmed all of our openers. Before he left, he went over the invoice, explained the warranty, and we were done! Thank you for a great job Jesus Dimasse!

Our garage was making a popping sound that was getting worse each day. My husband and I decided to call to schedule estimate and someone was at our house within the hour. Adam explained everything wrong with our door, ranked the items that needed to be fixed from most important to least, and answered all of our questions. Our door was fixed within 3 hours! Bonus, Adam was extremely kind, considerate of dinner time chaos with 2 young kids and a baby, and he did not mind the kids wanting to ask questions. We felt confident in the service we received and will be telling all of our friends.
