I selected Precision to replace the garage motor and mechanism following the flood from the hurricane. They did a great job then and when my door would not open now, I called again and the spring needed to be replaced which was the original installation of the door. Adam did a great job and remembered being here before. He was very efficient and informative. Although the pricing is high, I feel it is a quality job and reliable!

I've used Precision several times in the past from replacing everything to just reprogramming remotes. They are fantastic and I will always use them before anyone else. My latest project was replacing a single car garage door that was installed in the 80's. It was wood and had no motor or tracks on the ceiling for the door to actually open. Vlad was my tech. He was very accomodating, professional, and did a fantastic job.

My technician Phillip Hunter was amazing!!! I needed a broken spring replaced and he recognized that I was a veteran and replaced both springs for a substantial discount. Aaron W. wow what can I say. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are reading this review, I am going to tell you, what a great service I got from this gentleman. First of all, I contacted this company today Tuesday October 14 because the company I hired last Friday October 10th came in and installed a motor for 1 of my garage door and since the tech didn't have the 2nd motor for my 2nd garage door, we agreed to meet today Tuesday October 14 and him and his company, totally disappeared. Now, that being said, I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent Aaron W. to my house and what a service. This guy, not only gave me a great service, he also helped me set up the controllers, the wall key pad, suggested to change the rollers so my garage doors operate the quietest possible and wow he was right. He took his time to make sure that I understood everything and saw me do it everything he thought me so he knew I was 100% secured, comfortable, and satisfied with the entire installation. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Thank you Mr. Aaron for everything you did for me. I recommend this company and this gentlemen to anyone in need of repairs and/or new installation of garage doors.
