The technician Austin, was extremely prompt, professional, courteous, and informative. Austin taking our circumstances and needs into consideration offered several options to satisfy the issue and for us to make an educated decision as to what should be done to fit comfortably within our budget. Austin was not pushy or bullish in our final decision. Kudos to your company for taking the time to find the perfect technician to represent your company.

Everyone we dealt with from the representative who came out to assess the job and the two gentlemen that did the actual instillation were professional and pleasant. I really appreciated that every called to confirm the appointment times and gave an ETA. Especially liked that they showed up as planned. I called at 1:30PM and was told the tech (Braxton) would arrive between 2 and 6. He was here in 30 min. Explained my options and I decided on a new motor as ours was 20 yrs old. In about 2 hrs we had a key pad, 2 remotes and a new motor and rail. Absolutely great technician that explained everything, cleaned up his parts and we are super happy. Great Job Braxton, company is lucky to have you as an employee
