My opener was 1 year old - I wanted a better one that was quiet? I paid $600 for nothing - new one just as loud :(
Once Tommy's comment card was received, he was immediately contacted by our office representatives to set up a follow up visit with a technician. Our company stands behind our work 100% and if there is any dissatisfaction whatsoever with our service, we want to make it right! Since Tommy's follow up visit, he has received a new motor system to replace the old one that just wasn't functioning as it should have been and was certainly nowhere near what Tommy's expectations were. The new system, we are happy to report, is running perfectly and Tommy is extremely satisfied. He did mention that he was sending in a new comment card reflecting his latest experience with our company which will be entered in immediately once it is received.

I purchased a new garage door. The sales representitive came on time and quoted the purchase and installation price. Due to the fact that he was on time and courtious I did not get any other bids for a new door. The installer called and scheduled the day that the new door would be installed. He arrived on time and suggested the best way to replace the old door. He worked steady and completed the job in a timely fastion. The installer did a great job of removing all trash and cleaned his work area prior to leaving. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service or replacement.
