New door & motor installed. Door now catches/binds while closing. Makes loud noise. Needs service call for adjustment. Technicians seemed in a hurry to finish, get paid and leave. They forget to install wall mounted control switch. Had to ask them to do so.

On the phone, I asked for an estimate to replace (1) spring. I was told $64-118. When Mike arrived, I was told that the company only replaces 2 at a time. I would have liked to know that.

Please know that our company services garage doors that have any number of springs, which is typically based on the door's weight. At the time any call is placed to our company, our Customer Service Representatives are unaware of how many springs your door needs unless we are informed by the client. If you had called and simply asked for the price of 1 spring, it is very likely they assumed you might have a 1-spring garage door - these do exist! We certainly do our best to give our clients accurate pricing by phone whenever possible, but without the luxury of being in your home we are unfortunately only able to provide pricing based off the information given to us at the time of your call. We again apologize that you we're not satisfied with our ability to provide you pricing ahead of time by phone, however we hope you can understand our position. We do try our best in all aspects of our service - from scheduling appointments for clients to fixing their garage doors - and hope that you will still think of us in the event you need additional services. Do not hesitate to call us anytime if you would like to further discuss your experience. We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and would love to hear your feedback personally.
