Chris determined that my "rail" needed replacing which resulted in a very quiet and smooth opening and closing operation. This morning, I was closing the garage door and the roller came off the rail and couldn’t move. I called Precision and the very cordial woman scheduled me for today between 10 to 2. Of course no one plans to be stuck at home and unable to make appointments or run errands. However at 10:30, Cameron with Precision called and was at my home in 10 minutes. He was very articulate, knowledgeable and polite. He explained the problem and showed me too. Once he gave me the estimate and I authorized, he went to work and completed the job. He left 45 minutes later and I had a fully functional door. Thank you for such great service!!

Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will only call them if I need any repairs with my garage doors.

We had a great experience with Bill our technician. He took time to inspect our complete door and all working parts, he was very thorough. We received a new garage door opener and had the springs and a couple other parts replaced on the door. What a difference with the new opener, very quiet and has update features as well.

I called this morning at 8:30 because I was having issues with my garage door closing. The scheduler was very polite and offered several windows of time that worked my schedule. Lucas arrived ahead of schedule and called to see if that was okay. He listened to the problem, diagnosed the issue and promptly went to work. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly worked to fix the problem and when he was finished asked if there was anything I needed. Overall I great experience and I highly recommend Precision and Lucas!!

Making the appointment via phone was easy, quick and staff was extremely friendly and professional. The Technician, Chad, texted his ETA, arrived on-time, was knowledgeable, professional and explained all findings and recommendations in detail and did not pressure me into purchasing any product I didn’t want. Installed my garage door opener quickly and communicated with me often. He reviewed everything once completed (operation, invoice, warranty, etc ). Excellent experience.

I have to say that the workmanship of the repair, replacing two garage door springs, was top notch. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. However, I do have a complaint about the price. When I made the appt. to have the service done, the woman on the phone told me that the springs can cost as much as three hundred and sixty dollars each, including installation cost. But the guy who did the install told me they would be four hundred eighty-three dollars each, including installation. I ended up paying the almost thousand dollars as I didn't feel I had a choice. I was stranded and could not open the garage door to get my car out. I am sure they know that you are stranded and will pay whatever they charge to be able to get life back to normal. I had the work done four days ago and the more I thought about it the worse I feel about what happened. I mean, basically a thousand dollars to replace two door springs? I was told I should replace the whole mechanism to make it more reliable in the future, but that would have added another eight hundred to the job. Anyhow, the springs are in, and the door is operating normally again, and I am grateful for that. I just feel that when they tell you one thing on the phone, that should be the price you pay.
