Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!! Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. Really happy with the work and will request him again if we need any help in the future.

I worked with Luke Rose today to install a new motor for a garage door. Starting from the very beginning he called to say he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time set. He explained what needed to be done, what options I had, and the costs involved. There was no high pressure selling involved or "up selling" The work he did was way above par. His work and knowledge were 100% spot on. Finishing up he tested every component of the new system. He is now my go to guy !

Excellent work by Jimmy Johnson; quick, thorough and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the necessary parts and readjusted brackets where necessary.
