On my way out to a function, I could not get my garage door to open. The next morning, I called Precision. They scheduled me for within the hour. The technician, arrived and described in detail to me what should be done to fix my door. He showed me my options, which I chose, and then went to work in a precise and professional manner. He only came inside when he had questions. After my equipment was installed, he carefully helped me load the Q APP and showed me how to work it, He was here a full day approximately 5 hours. The price was very reasonable due to the serious nature of my garage door and opener. Will recommend Precision Garage Door as my vendor of choice in all garage door repairs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician who came out quoted me an outrageous $3,190 to replace my garage motor, claiming that my springs were also bad. He said if I only wanted to replace the springs, it would cost $1,490 for the springs and a bracket. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another company, and I’m so glad I did. The second company quickly diagnosed the real issue—it wasn’t even the motor! The problem was solved by simply lubricating the springs and removing a bolt that had caused the system to jam. They fixed everything for just $145. Needless to say, Precision was trying to scam me. I would not recommend them to anyone, as they were dishonest and attempted to take advantage of the situation. Beware and always get a second opinion!

Excellent and informative repair man, but just wondering why the lift arm reinforcing door plate is sold separately since it came packaged with the belt and slide mechanism I purchased. It would seem all contents included the box would belong to me, the purchaser (excluding of course additional instillation fees which I declined).

The Precision Team was great from from sales to installation. The install techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and and did a great job on the install. The door is beautiful and we already got many compliments on how beautiful it looks. It is not always easy to work with contractors and companies in this day and age but the Precision team was really great from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you are thinking about a new garage door!

We have a Manual Garage door. I called around 12:45 pm I spoke with Jules she was very helpful. I was told that the window for someone to come out was going to be between 2 pm - 6 pm. Travis was our tech and he was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was very professional explained everything to us and gave us a quote. He did an outstanding job and was awesome. Your company is fantastic! Thanks for being so prompt and professional. We really appreciate it very much and will recommend your company to all of our friends.

The commercials are true! I have not experienced such prompt, professional, and courteous service in decades!! I made the initial call at 4:45 PM. I had a completely new opener installed in under three hours with no overtime or after hours charges. Lucas, my installer had the unfortunate job of informing me that my opener was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Although it was more expensive than I expected, I have absolutely zero regrets because I feel confident that the job was done with the highest standards in mind. Lucas was neat, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Although I truly don't want to be a repeat customer anytime soon, I will have no hesitation to contact you if I have any issues, since I know they will be handled just as well. What a refreshing experience!

We have used this company in the past and were very pleased with their knowledgeable and professional technicians. They realized our problem immediately and gave us an estimate of work to be done in order of importance. We were able to choose the most important that would fit our budget. The company also has a program that helped us to get the most done with sometime to pay for the job. The next morning we could see a bit of daylight under the garage door and living in Florida we did not need any critters in the garage. We called them back and they were there that day and took care of the problem.

The whole experience was pretty easy from start to finish. Basically I couldn't get my car out of the garage because the spring had broken ( solid garage door considering it had been installed in 2000). I called to set up an appointment for the next day (borrowed a friend's car for 24 hrs!) and the tech showed up as scheduled and called first as promised. The technician-Chris E-explained what the issues were, what was more pressing to repair and made a few suggestions for further consideration. I asked my friend to come over ( for moral support! ) and Chris patiently went over everything again. I decided to go with Chris' full plan because in the end, I felt it was better to keep the door in good working condition for as long as possible. Even though, I hate spending money...I felt like this company was trustworthy and I got a 7 year warranty. They also had different payment options to choose from which made life easy.
