I was calling for help because the 199 M.P.H. door Precision door failed the Pasco County inspection twice. The inspector was upset because three sets of permits do not match installation. I bought my home not long ago and my garage door was slooow going up. I saw a precision overhead garage door sticker on the back of the door and called them for service. I saw the spring was broken and it was a quick repair. I called for an estimate and already prepared myself that when they came out, they were naturally going to try and sell me everything under the sun ( things that I didn’t need), and tell me all the things that were wrong with my system to try and upsell me. My technician David showed up on time. He was extremely professional and had a wonderful customer service type personality. I pointed out the broken spring and he went through the motions of troubleshooting every other part of the door system to make sure there were no other problems. ( i was waiting for him to tell me that i needed every single part replaced, so I could just ask him to leave and I would call someone else). He did recommend a few parts ( beside the spring) to be replaced at some point, but there were no brutal sales tactics that I had to dodge. David was no pressure, very knowledgeable about what he was doing and an absolute pleasure to have at my house. He gave me a quote, included a military discount and asked for my permission to move forward with the job. I looked at the price and thought “ something is not right here”. The price was more than reasonable and I was expecting them to really hike up the cost. Not these folks! I gave David permission to do the job. He was thorough , fast, clean and pointed out to me the other parts that he suggested I replaced. I could clearly see that he was not trying to just sell me something…those parts are going to need to be replaced very soon. David remained friendly and fast, while working and carrying on friendly conversation. He made me feel like my own son was working on my door. David triple checked the door to be in perfect working order before he left, took payment, thanked me for allowing him to do the work, explained the warranty and was gone before I knew it. I will not hesitate to use this company again. It was a pleasure to do business with this company from the first phone call,to make the appointment, to the time David left. 5 stars for great work performed at a more than reasonable price. It’s no wonder they are as reputable as they are. Thanks precision!!

We had a short power outage and one of the garage door openers reset. Normally, I could handle this myself but recovering from knee surgery, could not climb the ladder. The Precision Overhead Garage Door field crew came out and in 5 minutes had the garage door working again and refused to take any payment. This was certainly unexpected but demonstrated why I chose them originally to install both garage door openers. Very professional, prompt, and being kind. I was certainly thankful to have the door working again but more impressed by them showing some compassion given my situation. Highly recommended.

I called to have my garage serviced (lubricated, balanced, etc.) for preventative maintenance. I am a person who likes to maintain things instead of waiting for them to cause a problem. I have a brand new garage door that all of a sudden would not open or close. Called for service. Girl told me someone would be out between 6pm to 9pm. Then I got a phone call that because I was a warranty customer they couldn't come til the next morning. Why should a warranty person be decriminated against? Every morning I watch your ads that say same day service. I spent over 2,000 for my door. A screw with a bolt was found on garage floor. The tech said it had not been tightened during installation. Also your tag that was on my door, with your phone number , was too small to read the prefix. The tech gave me a new sticker on my elec. Box. He also showed me locks I could use if I pulled the door down with the red tag, to secure my door.
