Absolutely the best of all possible service!! I called at 1:30PM on Sunday to schedule an appointment - which I supposed would be later in the week. To my surprise, Orion Mancini called to say he was on they way and arrived a couple of hours later - on that same Sunday! Not only did Orion provided me a written estimate and keep me informed as the worked progressed, but he had everything he needed on the truck. By 6PM the garage door was once again operational. My garage door and opener are 18 years old. Precision gave me next day service as promised, and even called me to arrange service earlier than originally scheduled. Robert Trotter, Precision's technician, called to give me an eta to my house. Upon arrival he introduced himself, asked what needed to be done, then inspected my opener and the garage door and its components. He clearly explained what was going on with everything to me and my wife, and offered different options and prices to get everything back to where it needed to be. We decided to install a new opener with a larger motor, and have some door components replaced. Robert made sure everything to use the opener was programmed for us and answered all our questions before he left. I recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door and/or opener service.

I have used this company on numerous occasions for garage door issues and am totally satisfied with the services that I have received. The technician this time was Cody who was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection of our garage door system and then diagnosing the issues with it. He did not try to oversell any products and clearly explained the issues with our garage door and then what needed to be done to correct them. When he left the garage door was operating better than it had for the past year or so. We are very pleased with Precision and will continue to call them for any garage door issues.

Called one morning after my opener failed. Office made an appointment for 2-6 PM that day. Tech arrived just before 2 PM. Tech diagnosed the problem, gave a clear explanation of the problem and the repair needed. A new operator was very professionally installed. Worksite was cleaned perfectly; system works exactly as it should. These are the type of folks who we can count on....there will be no reason to ever call anyone else. Thanks for Great Service!

The two men that represented the company were wonderful! Where I was disappointed was in the pricing. When we made our appointment over the phone, we were told the springs would cost between $100-$300 per spring, that there was no service charge if the work is done the day of the visit, and that they would also give us a 5% Military Discount for our active duty status. After inspection, our springs turned out to be $300 each. Bummer, but and technically within what they had told us. There was also a Fleet Transportation Charge of $20. I called to ask what that was and after an extensive hold time, I was informed that was a standard fee on every invoice to have truck on-site equipped with the tools and materials needed to complete repairs. The obvious questions seems to be: how would the repairs be made if there were no tools or supplies? There didn't seem to be an answer to this so the receptionist said she would refund the fee. I did not bring up the fact that the Military Discount applied was not 5% either. It was a mere 4%, which I did not feel like bringing up. I'm happy with the work but disappointed in the way the invoicing and charges were managed. I didn't feel like it was particularly honest or transparent. If choosing to do business with them, just be aware of the fees and invoicing.

James was absolutely wonderful!! He was very professional, answered all of our questions and did not try to over sell us on items that needed to be replaced on the door. This was our first time having to get maintenance completed on our door, very impressed with the service???????? will definitely recommend to our friends and neighbors!
