My garage door would not open with power or manually...it appeared the main spring had broken. When I explained during the phone call I could not open the door the rep on the phone stated they could have someone at my home today...the repair was completed in 1 hour by Josh who did a great job. Could not be happier with cost and service. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage.

I got my overhead garage door opener replaced today. I am totally satisfied with Precision. Chris was awesome. He explained everything in detail and provided multiple options. No pressure sell though. Though the price seems little bit over the edge initially but looking at the parts, services and warranties came with, it is ultimately reasonable. Chris went above and beyond with his job. Wonderful experience overall. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

More Profesional setting. The entire team always go out of there way to make the customer happy. Have had Precision Garage Door Service for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service provided. Service is provided as soon as possible after my call. Today Dewayne was my tech. He was very pleasant and efficient. He identified the problem and in addition offered to do a maintenance checkup, which I had not done in years. Then he took his time working, was very through checking every part of the garage door system. I appreciate this type of service and will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others. I SIMPLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH TO FAIRLY RATE THIS COMPANY IN THE POSITIVE WAY THEY DESERVE. ITS BEEN ACOUPLE YEARS SINCE THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW DOUBLE DOOR AND WE CALLED THEM TO SOLVE A LOUD BANGING NOISE IN OUR DOOR WHICE HAPPENS RIGHT NEAR THE END OF TRAVEL WHEN THE DOOR IS GOING UP. A FAIRLY NEW EMPLOYEE RESPONDED BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE OUR LOUD NOISE PROBLEM ON HIS OWN. UPONE HIM CALLING IN THE SITUATION, HIS SUPERVISOR CAME OUT IN TEN MINUTES TO HELP OUT. AFTER A BRIEF INSPECTION THE SENIOR SERVICEMAN QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THAT THE TRAVEL RAIL WAS SET TOO TIGHTLY AND HE HAD THE YOUNG TECH QUICKILY RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. GUESS WHAT... NO CHARGE FOR THIS REPAIR AT ALL. WE ARE VERY GREATEFL FORTHE COURTESY SHOWN TO US IN THIS CASE. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY IN ALL RESPECTS.

Luke really knew his stuff. He replaced the entire drive unit, and when he went to lubricate the springs, he found that due to an improper installation 12 years ago, a key part was worn so seriously that they whole spring apparatus could have come down on our car, or on us! Also, the springs had lost their oomph. So we now have a very smoothly operating garage door that is very safe.

Once again Great customer service from Austin. He listened to the intermitting issue I was having and I let him do his checkup. The door wouldn't lockup like it does sometimes as I was expecting. He addressed the areas I thought might be the problem and made sure everything was working as good as it could. He made some suggestions and logged in the records about the issue just in case it is ongoing.
