I have relied upon Precision for my garage door service since I moved to Florida 10 years ago and the door needed parts and a tune up. I eventually purchased a new door from Precision, And today I called Precision to replace the rubber weather strip at the bottom of that door. A critter of some kind (a rat?) apparently got inside my garage and wanted to get out. The rat chewed its way out, destroying about a foot long portion of the rubber strip. I called Precision at about 2 pm and the technician arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the rubber strip, and at my request, kindly showed me how to grease the garage hinges. 5 stars!!!

Jason, my repair technician was running late due to a longer than expected earlier appointment. He very apologetically notified me and kept me updated on when he would come by. Once here Jason made the proper adjustments needed to our garage door. Great service all the way around.

After discovering an incorrect phone number listed for Precision on Yelp, I decided to visit your facility. The building I entered just happened to be your main office. I met and informed a very appreciative Carlos of the phone number issue. I was then personally escorted to your Customer Service building, where I explained my need to repair or replace the garage door opener on a rental property. I believe it was Britney who provided a clear set of options and approximate costs. She then arranged for a visit by one of your technicians. Within hours, I was contacted and provided a description of the issue along with three quotes. Within an hour of my approval, I received pictures of the newly installed opener. The short time span from initial contact to job completion was quite impressive.
