My Technician, Isak, was great. He was prompt, reviewed how my door was currently operating, told me what it needed and provided me an estimate and, upon my approval, proceeded to replace the rollers and do maintenance on my door. He also left me some spray lubricant and showed me where to apply it in the future to help keep my door running smooth. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door company again, should I need future service.

Just as hurricane Ian approached Florida my garage door spring broke. Both cars were inside and try as we might we could not open the door….BTW if the spring breaks only 3 gorillas could open the door. I phoned and got a recording that due to the hurricane the company was closed. But they had a “Contact Us” on their web site. I used that and on Friday at 7:00 AM Precision called and by that evening we were all set! Thank you for helping us as quickly as you did.

When calling your company on a Saturday at 9 am, I was surprised an actual person answered the phone. Even more surprising was when they were able to schedule a mid afternoon service. And fortunately ( because it turned out to be a big job) the schedule allowed Zackery to get here before noon and he worked on rebuilding the entire door system. He was professional, patient and understanding. I was very impressed with Zack and after his thoughtful explanation I decided to go for the top of the line everything with a 7 year guarantee. Totally satisfying interaction with the company every step of the way.

Robert Clausen could not have provided better service. From my call, he appeared within 2 hours, diagnosed and repaired the opener reprogrammed the remotes and fully explained the process and departed in about 1 hour.

I particularly liked your concern for the safety of your customers by providing (please forgive me) mugshots of your technicians. I asked Chris J. which was his and he confessed he trimmed his beard down since then. My ex-company (a GE subsidiary) uses your services here in Clearwater and I know they're picky, so I selected you years ago to handle my garage door needs. BTW, I have the quietest garage door in Clearwater!

WE have used Precision before and have always been pleased with the service and the service tech. Today Robert was right on time, called me on my cell 20 minutes before to state he was enroute and showed at our door 20 minutes later.
