I have used Precision Garage Door Services a couple of times before today. The service representatives have always been knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Travis Prescott continues that tradition. He performed a "Pre-Hurricane tune-up" on the door, and now it opens and closes more quietly than ever. He even helped me set up an application on my cellphone so that I can open or close the door from my phone! That's going the extra mile. I will definitely continue to call Precision Garage Door Services for my garage door needs.

My Genie Garage Door was at least 30 years old, so I got my money’s worth! However, I wasn’t prepared for how expensive a new one would cost!! If it wasn’t for your policy of breaking it up into 5 different payments I would be getting out of my car to raise and lower my garage door! There is no way I could have paid for it all at once! Both technicians were outstanding and finished the job in one hour! That must be some kind of record!! Thanks guys! Great job!! ??

Your is the only company for garage door install and service.I have on my phone. About 6 to 8 months ago the technician installed a hurricane garage door. Yesterday it wouldn’t come downs. The ladies in the officer are always courteous and professional. Precision showed up in the time frame given with a phone call when they were enroute. We had purchased a new door and opener a couple of years ago and were very satisfied with the service and end result. Today the keypad stopped working and when I tried to reset it the door started acting strange. Nicholas arrived with a smile and a handshake and I immediately liked his personality. He listened to what I told him happened and he fixed it right away while explaining to me what was going on. While we were talking he noticed the trim was drooping without me even saying anything to him and he grabbed his nail gun and fixed it. My wife had asked me to bring the loose molding to their attention and I had forgot, so Nicholas saved me from having to answer for that one. :) Nicholas was a great representation and reflection of the company.

the repair price I was quoted was absolutely embarrassing. I have used Precision in prior years for a new door and repairs but I can't see that continuing into the future. If your business policy is screw the customer and get as much money out of them as you can, I'll find someone else.

My garage door needed one tension cable either replaced or rewound. Technician was excellent and was on site a little less than an hour. The service call was $189.95 -expensive but not unreasonable. I was then charged $ 255.00 for two 7 foot cables that retail for around $25.00.-- This is not only unreasonable but needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau to warn consumers. To add insult to the situation they added another $20 for fuel for the service vehicle. I'm sure this won't show up on their web site but at least I gave it a try.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we have used them in past years and they have proven to be very reliable! It is easy to get a same day appointment. Once, in time of dire need, they came to my assistance when my garage door would not open and I was trying to get to a doctors' appointment on time. The professional who assisted me this past Monday was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained in detail the things that required replacement immediately as well as the things that would eventually have to be replaced in the future.
