Your technician John was polite and knowledgeable. Although we did not have a big problem, he got the door going again and improved its operation. John made thoughtful suggestions about our door opener's warranty. If we do need repairs or replacement in the future, we will definitely call Precision.

A friend recommended we call Precision, and we did. I have absolutely no complaints. They were able to come out the next day to replace our springs that we've had since 1994, Orion was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and all of my questions. He never tried to push things that we didn't need. He was upfront and honest on items we should consider replacing and items that could wait. Hopefully we won't have to see them anytime soon, but if we do they will be the company we call.

We have used Precision for maintenance for our garage door. But today, the 29 yr old garage door got a broken coil. I called your company about 3:15 pm and approximately 1 hr later a technician named Robert( Garrett) came to our home. He explained our options and fixed the door. By 6:15 our garage door was operational. Robert was kind, respectful & knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the repair. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I chose Precision based on commercials. The spring broke right on the weekend and I scheduled appointment on Monday. John was very professional during his visit: he came on scheduled time, made some questions about the issue and took inspection of the garage door. After that, he provided estimate, made some suggestions and offer some other options how to improve the door condition. Everything was done in timely manner, no issues at all. I recommend this service and John.

Called for a broken spring. I would first say that the service techs that were sent were extremely nice and courteous and made the repairs as needed. I absolutely felt that the pricing was way too high! Never expected to pay $740 for spring replacements and not even the top line springs. Granted that the labor was included but springs just don't cost that much! A door sensor appeared to go bad at the same time which I said I would replace and looked up pricing for an OEM replacement $39. They ended up replacing it at no cost but their invoice price for the sensor was $240 which again they did not charge me for but clearly showing that there price structure is way out of line.

Old Precision PDS 4700 Merantec opener suddenly would not close unless the wired wall control was held until the door closed. Serviceman Michael Freeman came and after assessing the problem called the office. They told him to replace the opener with a Genie opener. Michael was very competent and friendly. He replaced the opener and safety sensors and wiring. The new opener works well. The office told Michael to treat this as a warranty repair and did not charge me anything. I could not be happier with this service. Thank you very much.

A call to Precision was responded to quickly and courteously. 2 technicians assessed and tightened spring tension in no time and lubricated both doors. Garage door installed, works great. Came right out, I thought my old opener could be fixed, but was suggested that it be replaced with a new one. At first I was like, sure, of course you are going to say that. But after more information and reviewing the product, it was the right thing to do. Also was able to replace the keypad, which never worked before, and is very useful, a few days later we locked ourselves out of house and that was the way we were able to get in!! Would highly recommend!
