Wayne was knowledgable, skilled and has a great attitude. He called when he was on his way and arrived with a smile. He installed a new Linear garage door opener on our double garage. Our old Craftsman worked, but was noisy and wasn't able to handle programing enough vehicles, remotes and the keypad. Thank you, Wayne!

Dino was the technician assigned to our repair. He called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time, wore a face mask, and was professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the service that I received today from your team member Josh. He was very professional and took care of my problem very fast. I am very pleased with Precision and would highly recommend them to ALL of my neighbors. When I asked Josh what I would be charged today he told me that my door opener was under warranty and there would be NO CHARGE. WOW I was expecting that . Initially, I was impressed with the Ad. More impressed when the estimate was given and how professional the presenter was. His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products--there is no comparison like the real thing. Excellent service. Problem on Saturday night, and up and running by Sunday, early afternoon. Jordan Tompkins replaced the broken torsion springs and cable winding drums in record time. (At least I think so.) Also adjusted my garage door opener to match the new part's specifications. A little bit pricey, but you definitely get the service for which you pay. What a great experience we had with Precision! I called around 8:00 am on Friday morning after discovering our garage door would not open, trapping both our cars inside. With a full day of appointments, it was a bit stressful. I pleaded to try and have someone come as soon as possible and while no promises were made, we had the good fortune to have your technician Jose, call me about 45 minutes later to tell me he was on his way! Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and especially kind and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and we could not be happier with the job he did. It would be a pleasure to refer Precision to family, friends and colleagues in the future, especially Jose. Thank you!!

Awesome service! Appt scheduled at my convenience, tech called before arrival and was on time. Tech was able to quickly trouble shoot the problem and fixed it very quickly. I purchased my doors (one double, one single) about 9 months ago, one door simply needed lubrication. Tech was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my new garage door from Precision. I purchased a complete replacement, doors, springs, motor, the works. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were top notch, quick, friendly, professional and the door itself is terrific. As can happen from time to time, we had a problem with my custom garage order as the door was shipped from the manufacturer missing a panel but the staff at Precision worked with me during the whole process, rescheduling the installation and addressing all my concerns in a straight forward and professional manner. I am happy I chose Precision for my great looking, hurricane rated garage door.

We had a garage door emergency on Labor Day and I called Precision (being a first time customer). I believe I spoke with Chelsea who was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was scheduled to be about 4-6 hours from when I called. We were lucky enough to have Mike Fanning as our technician. Mike was very professional, friendly, and got our garage door back operating better than ever in about 1 hour. I actually thought it would take another visit to get it repaired. Mike took the time to show me how to do some routine maintenance, answered ALL my questions and left with our garage looking like he was never there. Definitely consider Precision our garage door service company. Very pleased!

I know that the product is right for me, that I learned everything about my new product, and got terrific value! Thank you, I wish your service was universal through out the service industry. Teach some classes! First I was offered a check to see if it just needed repair. Well no, not after 23 years. I am happy and very content with service and products. Way more that were indicated from the dropdowns offered.

I have used Precision Door Service for about 20 years. Needing to replace a very old door opener, of course I called Precision again. I called and was given a choice of appointment times including that day if I chose. The service man actually called and was able to come earlier than my time slot if it was convenient. He explained my options and installed my new opener and explained the functions. I was pleased with his efficiency and the overall experience with Precision. I would recommend this company highly based on all my experiences.
