We have been a customer for almost 10 years. This was the first time we have had Sean Wolf as a technician. It was New Years Eve, first thing in the morning we were given a 12- 4 timeframe. As I was backing out of my garage I failed to notice that the door was not up all the way and crashed into it. Thanks to service technician Chris Johnson for saving the day. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. After assessing the situation he was able to open the garage door enough for me to get my vehicle out and then was able to close and secure it. Unfortunately for me it was beyond repair and I will need to replace the very old door, but thanks to Precision my new door will be installed in less than 48 hours on Christmas Eve no less! Thank you!

Like they say “Garage doors never break at a good time”. Neither did ours. Precision lost no time helping us. Cody Johnson, Precision’s Technician, did a thorough assessment of our problem. He rapidly located the issue and offered a smart affordable solution. Since our opener was quite old we both decided to inspect the whole opener system for potential problems. Cody was very knowable of the working and construction of our old opener. He developed menu of repairs and estimated costs. Every item was well thought out and a technically sound assessment. We agreed on the repairs needed and Cody made them on the spot. ZERO pressure from Cody or Precision Staff members to do more than we wanted. That was good! My wife has her garage back and is happy, so I’m happy. Cody is a professional technician, a personable guy, and a great credit to Precision. Keep him- Good help is hard to find!

Precision Overhead Garage is one of the most professional companies we've dealt with in a long time. They installed a new garage door today. They showed up in a timely manner. Their technicians were knowledgeable and we were happy the quality of the product and the work that was completed. I would highly recommend them in the future. One other note, we just had new windows installed on our house. The inspector came by while Precision Overhead Garage Door was at the house working. The inspector looked at me before leaving and thanked us for using this company. They said they (POGD) is a good company and the building inspectors are used to seeing quality work from them. That says a lot coming from the building inspector. Made me feel better about picking Precision Overhead Garage Door.

In May 2021 I bought 2 new garage door opener motors and a key pad mounted outside the garage door.We had trouble over the past few months with the key pad not working. I called yesterday to have a technician come out. Today the technician showed up and REPLACED the key pad. No Charge, all under warranty. The technician was a very nice young man and did his work quickly and competently. BRAVO for Precision Garage Door company of Clearwater!
