Just as hurricane Ian approached Florida my garage door spring broke. Both cars were inside and try as we might we could not open the door….BTW if the spring breaks only 3 gorillas could open the door. I phoned and got a recording that due to the hurricane the company was closed. But they had a “Contact Us” on their web site. I used that and on Friday at 7:00 AM Precision called and by that evening we were all set! Thank you for helping us as quickly as you did.

When calling your company on a Saturday at 9 am, I was surprised an actual person answered the phone. Even more surprising was when they were able to schedule a mid afternoon service. And fortunately ( because it turned out to be a big job) the schedule allowed Zackery to get here before noon and he worked on rebuilding the entire door system. He was professional, patient and understanding. I was very impressed with Zack and after his thoughtful explanation I decided to go for the top of the line everything with a 7 year guarantee. Totally satisfying interaction with the company every step of the way.

WE have used Precision before and have always been pleased with the service and the service tech. Today Robert was right on time, called me on my cell 20 minutes before to state he was enroute and showed at our door 20 minutes later. Made a stupid mistake and tied a rope around the door track to dry a large tarp. I had every intention of removing it before putting the door down; however, I forgot. Rope caused the door to lower uneven and allow cable to come off the reel. Precision came out and had the door operational in about 10 minutes. This is the second or third time I have used them and each time I have been very satisfied. Thumbs up for Precision Garage Door Service!

A broken spring prompted me to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had purchased our door years ago from them. I was quickly scheduled for a visit that afternoon. The tech called when he was on the way. Bryan was very professional and personable, taking care of the problem quickly. My door was up and running again in about 30 minutes. I had a frayed cable, and one spring didn't look too healthy, and I called Precision last week and the young lady arranged a time for a technician to come to my place yesterday (Monday) to check out what needs to be done. Travis Sanferraro was the Technician that showed up. Travis was very knowledgeable in his experience and took care of replacing two springs and two cables and was very good in checking out the operation of the door closing and opening and made a small adjustment and the door operated like brand new. Travis had a nice personality and we got along just fine. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Company, and I certainly will call them again.
