Precision was selected for a routine maintenance of an older door which had had minimal care for many years because of my experience with Precision in Maine over the years. Your representative today, Chris, could not have been more professional and was very very patient with questions from this AGED senior regarding various options for potentially replacing various products depending upon my goal. You could not ask for a more positive representative for your company.

I called for repair because the door had become noisy. Cody was the technician who came to my home. He was very professional and polite and confident. He worked for more than an hour and was able to quiet the noise of my door and get it working smoothly. I am impressed with how professional this work was done. It is my understanding that you have no real competition in your business. You guys are the best.

My Technician, Isak, was great. He was prompt, reviewed how my door was currently operating, told me what it needed and provided me an estimate and, upon my approval, proceeded to replace the rollers and do maintenance on my door. He also left me some spray lubricant and showed me where to apply it in the future to help keep my door running smooth. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door company again, should I need future service.

Just as hurricane Ian approached Florida my garage door spring broke. Both cars were inside and try as we might we could not open the door….BTW if the spring breaks only 3 gorillas could open the door. I phoned and got a recording that due to the hurricane the company was closed. But they had a “Contact Us” on their web site. I used that and on Friday at 7:00 AM Precision called and by that evening we were all set! Thank you for helping us as quickly as you did.

I have for many many years used your company. The technicians are always nice, courteous, and extremely communicable about what needs to be done. My door is or almost 20 years old, and I attribute the longevity of it to you all. If something happens I always call you and I have always gotten quick response/ service. As I stated above I do not remember all of my technicians names but they have always been wonderful. Thank you for many years of service!

Prompt, informative, to the point! Login, the technician, was all of those things and knowledgeable. Price was pretty steep, but what isn't! The Country could use more people and companies with this kind of follow through and ethics! Cheers

When calling your company on a Saturday at 9 am, I was surprised an actual person answered the phone. Even more surprising was when they were able to schedule a mid afternoon service. And fortunately ( because it turned out to be a big job) the schedule allowed Zackery to get here before noon and he worked on rebuilding the entire door system. He was professional, patient and understanding. I was very impressed with Zack and after his thoughtful explanation I decided to go for the top of the line everything with a 7 year guarantee. Totally satisfying interaction with the company every step of the way.
