The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.

I chose Precision because many of my neighbors recommend them and a couple of other service people also did. Jose was informative and skilled. He listened to my concerns and made good recommendations about what I needed. He did the work and even put new bulbs in my opener (above and beyond) to help a little “old” lady so she didn’t have to climb on a ladder. Technician came within two hours of my call to report a service issue. Very professional. Explained the issue thoroughly what options were and then completed the install of new garage door opener. Over priced. Cost me $720.00 My door got jammed and was out of alignment. Was told I had to replace 4 yr old springs. Long story short 1 1/2 hr of labor and about $50.00 worth of materials that was my cost. A little extreme I think.
