Very friendly receptionist took my call this morning, helpful and courteous. I was frustrated with my broken Torsion Spring and she kept me calm. Residential Technician Chris Pinnegar called me a few hours later, 15 minutes out, then showed up on time. Very clean cut and professional. Looked over my situation, explained the process, gave me an estimate and got to work. My particular springs ran about $200 a piece and that included installation. Although I could have ordered online for less, avoiding possible injury and me spending 2+ hours installing and dangerous loaded spring, I am glad I had Precision Garage Door Tech Chris complete the repair. I would highly recommend and I would use them again if the needed. Thank you Chris and thank you PGD.

Joshua quickly had the problem narrowed down to the remotes. My openers were old and didn't function. Work up on Monday morning to an inoperable garage door. :( what a way to start the week. Called Precision and explained the issue, Ashley was very accommodating and scheduled service that day. Brian called just as he was in the neighborhood and said he'd be there in 5-10 minutes. Right on time.. He checked the issue and explained the options to repair and get us going.. Replaced the springs, chain link drive with a screw drive (who knew it was way quieter) replaced the motor (from 1998), installed new remotes and got everything in working order within 3 hours. Easy options to finance on the website. Walked me through the operations and upgrades :).. very very pleased! Thanks again

Garage door cables snapped so our full size car was parked in a single car garage...not good. Called Precision as they were recommended to me from someone who had them for their garage door replacement and were extremely satisfied. Joshua Figueroa came to our aid by replacing all the old cables and springs with the new Torsion cable system...wow! what a difference as it is so quiet now. Joshua is the best! He does quality work as if it was his own. He was pleasant and polite. My recommendation is to request Joshua if you live in Pinellas County.

Excellent service, very satisfied. Fast, well trained, experienced technician inspected door, gave options and estimates for required and recommended repairs. Replaced springs, old cables, and worn bearings, lubed door hinges, adjusted track and re-calibrated opener. Door is at least twenty years old and is now smooth and quiet with 5 year warranty on parts and labor.

Our repairman, was Christian. He explained everything in detail and after finding out that our system was over 20 years old and the springs and motor were now weak, we decided to opt for a complete new Genie garage door opener. Christian did a wonderful job and made sure we knew how everything worked before he left. Also he made sure everything was clean and tidy. Called and they came out the same day. Actually in just a few hours from my call. They were well groomed, polite, through and gave me options on what all the door required to prevent problems in the future. They were not a hard sale type and I felt I could trust them in what they were telling me. I made my choices and they began work. I had a broken spring on a double door and a few hinge problems. They went to work and before long I was able to open the door and get my car out. Highly recommend.

I SIMPLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH TO FAIRLY RATE THIS COMPANY IN THE POSITIVE WAY THEY DESERVE. ITS BEEN ACOUPLE YEARS SINCE THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW DOUBLE DOOR AND WE CALLED THEM TO SOLVE A LOUD BANGING NOISE IN OUR DOOR WHICE HAPPENS RIGHT NEAR THE END OF TRAVEL WHEN THE DOOR IS GOING UP. A FAIRLY NEW EMPLOYEE RESPONDED BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE OUR LOUD NOISE PROBLEM ON HIS OWN. UPONE HIM CALLING IN THE SITUATION, HIS SUPERVISOR CAME OUT IN TEN MINUTES TO HELP OUT. AFTER A BRIEF INSPECTION THE SENIOR SERVICEMAN QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THAT THE TRAVEL RAIL WAS SET TOO TIGHTLY AND HE HAD THE YOUNG TECH QUICKILY RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. GUESS WHAT... NO CHARGE FOR THIS REPAIR AT ALL. WE ARE VERY GREATEFL FORTHE COURTESY SHOWN TO US IN THIS CASE. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY IN ALL RESPECTS.
