My garage door was not operating correctly after having the system replaced by you earlier. A Technician came to service it but it stopped functioning as soon as he left. You sent a Senior Tech to service it and he replaced the unit at no charge. Both Techs were polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone.

Precision has done good work for me in the past, so I called on Precision again when my garage door cable broke. They sent me a friendly, knowledgeable technician . He told me what needed replacing, and what would be nice, but not immediately necessary. I made my choices, he did an excellent job, and cleaned up after himself. I was VERY pleased.

I was impressed with how I called in the morning and they said someone would be out between 12 and 4. I got a call a little after 12 and they were here by 12:30. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my door. Would definitely recommend Precision. Linda
