A broken spring prompted me to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had purchased our door years ago from them. I was quickly scheduled for a visit that afternoon. The tech called when he was on the way. Bryan was very professional and personable, taking care of the problem quickly. My door was up and running again in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I have needed a garage door repair - once upon moving into my home 5 years ago, and just now when someone accidentally dented it. I had a frayed cable, and one spring didn't look too healthy, and I called Precision last week and the young lady arranged a time for a technician to come to my place yesterday (Monday) to check out what needs to be done. Travis Sanferraro was the Technician that showed up. Travis was very knowledgeable in his experience and took care of replacing two springs and two cables and was very good in checking out the operation of the door closing and opening and made a small adjustment and the door operated like brand new. Travis had a nice personality and we got along just fine. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Company, and I certainly will call them again.

I can not believe what an amazing company Precision overhead door is. They brought tears to my eyes with the installation of a new open. Zack the installer went over and beon the service call. Many thanks to the owners and him for helping me out at a bad time of my life now. I was overwhelmed with the kindness . That made sure my home was now safe. With having to deal with the lost of my brother and having to be a care taker for my cancer sister in law and having to leave my job they made me feel that there was good person out there during these times. I would and have told everyone I can to only use Precision Overhead door for there garage door needs.

My old garage door motor went down didn’t work so I called this company Saturday afternoon said they would be here Sunday they were here at the time they promised .The installer was an absolute gentleman and very courteous I couldn’t ask for a better installer. Austin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, personable and exhibited a sense of urgency. On a scale from 1-10, he gets an 11. The newly installed garage door opener exceeded expectations. Other service oriented companies (hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc) could take a lesson from Austin/Precision Overhead. This is my second time using Precision Overhead Door Service, bc I had a bad spring a few years ago. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Absolutely the best of all possible service!! I called at 1:30PM on Sunday to schedule an appointment - which I supposed would be later in the week. To my surprise, Orion Mancini called to say he was on they way and arrived a couple of hours later - on that same Sunday! Not only did Orion provided me a written estimate and keep me informed as the worked progressed, but he had everything he needed on the truck. By 6PM the garage door was once again operational. We are repeat customers of Precision. They do a great job, are on time and are very professional. Austin was our tech - we could not have asked for a more informed and hard working person. He quickly figured out what we needed, gave us several options price wise and was very honest in his assessment of what we should do. He proceeded to do a fairly extensive repair in the near 100 degree heat quickly and cleanly. So A+++ for both Precision and Austin

The two men that represented the company were wonderful! Where I was disappointed was in the pricing. When we made our appointment over the phone, we were told the springs would cost between $100-$300 per spring, that there was no service charge if the work is done the day of the visit, and that they would also give us a 5% Military Discount for our active duty status. After inspection, our springs turned out to be $300 each. Bummer, but and technically within what they had told us. There was also a Fleet Transportation Charge of $20. I called to ask what that was and after an extensive hold time, I was informed that was a standard fee on every invoice to have truck on-site equipped with the tools and materials needed to complete repairs. The obvious questions seems to be: how would the repairs be made if there were no tools or supplies? There didn't seem to be an answer to this so the receptionist said she would refund the fee. I did not bring up the fact that the Military Discount applied was not 5% either. It was a mere 4%, which I did not feel like bringing up. I'm happy with the work but disappointed in the way the invoicing and charges were managed. I didn't feel like it was particularly honest or transparent. If choosing to do business with them, just be aware of the fees and invoicing.
