Precision installed new hurricane rated doors at my house two years ago which we have not had any issues with. Yesterday my garage door opener malfunctioned. Precision came out that same day. Chad Pappas was out technician. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener. Chad was excellent in explaining why this needed to be done and carefully walked us through how to operate the new opener. Chad represents your company very well.

Technician arrived on time. He quickly reviewed the situation (broken torsion spring) and just as quickly was able to replace it and get us back with a functional garage door in no time flat. Technician was friendly and was pleasant to be around. Overall, great service!

This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait. Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time. We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!
