My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment online for next day service. The gentleman that came out was on time and thoroughly reviewed my system. Once the problems were noted, he installed a new garage door opener to me and servicing my garage door. He explained in detail all that I needed to know about the system. I was very impressed with the service.

Mike did a great job replacing the broken tension spring. he informed me of parts that were functioning but the records showed 10 years old. No sales pitch just information. I would call Precision and ask for Mike and recommend in the future.

Big mistake. In late December, 2023, I paid $3,500.00 up front for work that was not accomplished. Precision did an installation, but utilized the previous installation, requiring only about half the cost of what I paid for. The installers assured me that I would be receiving a refund. A few days later I received a voicemail saying that I didn’t owe anything more. When I tried to return the call I was told by another representative that I needed to speak to the person that left the voicemail. After a few unsuccessful attempts I gave up. (My bad)

My last review got cut off part way through, so I'll try this again...Very Happy. Sean Tufalo was the tech that came out. He arrived early in the time window. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options and laid out pros and cons for them all. Had to replace a 40+/- year old system that was DOS for about 15 years. Once I decided on what I wanted, he gave me the price, I approved, and he went to work. Given the age and condition of the existing door and opener, it took an "over and above" attitude and effort. Even with the extra time and effort spent, the quoted price was the charged price. Beyond that, Sean seemed to be a pretty straight-up guy. I'll have them come back in a month or two, after I finish another project, and install a new, and needed, hurricane rated door. Highly recommend the company and the tech, Sean T (They've got a couple of Seans so I have to be specific).

Lucas came out to replace the broken spring on my door. He recommended the cable drums and cables since they were showing signs of age. We then decided to change out the rollers as well. The door now runs smoothly and quiet, much better than before. Lucas was very friendly and transparent. I recommend Precision Doors to anyone needing repairs or a new door. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. Our technician, Cameron, showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. My opener was over 12 years old and going crazy. He gave me all the options of repairing it or replacing it and was done within the hour. There was a small snafu with the opener, but as soon as I mentioned it he came back that same day to change it out with a new one. He programmed all of the remotes in our cars and outside. Wonderful job and I highly recommend.

I bought my garage door and opener at different times. the service and the products are excellent. I called late afternoon yesterday because a lightning strike struck close to my house and killed my power for a few seconds but enough to disable my garage opener. Brent was here shortly after 8:00 this morning to reset it.

My garage door spring is about to go and the tension is not as strong as it should be so my garage door jerks when opening a closed door, called and they were out the same day and adjusted the closing, they left after explaining what is needed, they sent me an email with a list of what they would replace and price so I can think it over. Probably will have it done a little later and the service man was kind and accommodating.
