Arnold notified me when he was on his way and updated me just before arrival. This has been my former experience with this company on the two previous times they have been here. Arnold was courteous, made recommendations, and did the work efficiently. It's been years since I had to call the company back and am pleased that their level of service remains at the top notch. I will use them again if needed.

This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait. Definitely recommend them for your garage repairs and/or replacement.

Chris McVeigh and Precision Garage Door provided outstanding same-day service. Chris quickly identified serious issues with our old garage door system and completed a full rebuild on the spot, replacing most key components. He worked tirelessly to align everything perfectly, showing a level of dedication that’s rare in today’s service economy. Everything now runs smoothly and quietly, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This made a stressful situation easy and reflects the kind of integrity and craftsmanship that truly deserves five stars. I chose Precision based on many years of excellent service they’ve provided to a family member, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation.

Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time. He provided standard maintenance on the garage door before he left. I would recommend Lewis and would call Precision for service again. Dean McSpadden

We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!

Matt Malinski

The day after Christmas our garage door wouldn’t open, perfect timing, right? I called Precision after hearing great things from neighbors, and as someone who works in the franchise industry and knows Precision’s parent company, Neighborly, very well, I knew I was calling the right company. From booking the appointment to dispatch communication, everything was seamless. Stephan was outstanding, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, why it mattered, and fixed the issue quickly and cleanly….and my dog loved him. I never felt rushed or upsold, just well taken care of. This is exactly what best-in-class customer service looks like, and Precision is lucky to have Stephan!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any and all repairs/replacement you may need. They were here to help me out on Christmas Eve to repair my jammed door within a very quick time frame. They are truly professionals and take pride in their work. Hence their name Precision Garage Doors. Don’t call a handyman if you need service. Call this company if you want the job done right, on time, and reasonable rates.

We have dealt with Precision before, with very good results. So when we had garage door questions at a new address, we knew where to go first.
