When my remote suddenly stopped working and did not work even after new batteries, I learned that I did not have a key for the vault to manually operate my garage door. I received same day service when I heard a bang from the garage door motor upon opening or closing. Door would not come down to the garage floor leaving a small opening. Cameron quickly identified the issue to be the motor on the 10 year old Linear motor. Within an hour and a half, a new Genie opener was installed. This seems to be an upgrade to the previous Linear and is Wi-Fi enabled. Precision will always be my first choice for service and/or replacement.

This organization were quintessential professionals from our initial interaction with sales all the way through customer service to installation. I had a difficult time making a decision on the wood look or a painted door and our sales representative, I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Ashley, was amazingly patient, provided all kinds of places I could ride around to look at ideas, and in the end she gave me some really good advice. The installation was very efficient and the young man was thorough and well versed in providing instructions. No surprise here why Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor and why I feel they are number one, at least in my book! Thank you to all.

Followup diagnostic visit recommended new motor for the garage opener. Once the second tech listened to the motor, remote, sensors, switch all were replaced. Wow you can bearly hear the doors open now. We had a SUNDAY morning service call. We were given followup appointment reminders and updates as to when the tech was on his way. The repair was well within our budget. The tech was informing us thru the repairs and very thorough.

When I was comparing door installation firms, I asked each of them to provide me with as much detail as possible. Specifically, I asked for the manufacturer the door. The gauge of the metal used what kind of insulation material, the R value, the wind rating, etc, etc. Precision was the only firm that was able to provide me with all of the specifics that I was looking for right during the estimate phase. Other people I had to chase down for the information. Precision was competitively priced, in fact, a little bit lower than other quotes, and the level of the workmanship is truly outstanding. I have a background in construction and a background in performing inspections. So I stood by and just watched the installers work. I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship and by the meticulous attention to detail. I am very, very pleased.
