We had a short power outage and one of the garage door openers reset. Normally, I could handle this myself but recovering from knee surgery, could not climb the ladder. The Precision Overhead Garage Door field crew came out and in 5 minutes had the garage door working again and refused to take any payment. This was certainly unexpected but demonstrated why I chose them originally to install both garage door openers. Very professional, prompt, and being kind. I was certainly thankful to have the door working again but more impressed by them showing some compassion given my situation. Highly recommended.

I have a brand new garage door that all of a sudden would not open or close. Called for service. Girl told me someone would be out between 6pm to 9pm. Then I got a phone call that because I was a warranty customer they couldn't come til the next morning. Why should a warranty person be decriminated against? Every morning I watch your ads that say same day service. I spent over 2,000 for my door. A screw with a bolt was found on garage floor. The tech said it had not been tightened during installation. Also your tag that was on my door, with your phone number , was too small to read the prefix. The tech gave me a new sticker on my elec. Box. He also showed me locks I could use if I pulled the door down with the red tag, to secure my door.

Thank you Travis Prescott for the professional clean service. The garage door broke on a Sunday! To our surprise the company was available. They came to the house within a very reasonable amount of time. Travis explained the issue and gave us several alternatives to fix the problem. Within one hour he changed springs, bearings, cables. Excellent and informative repair man, but just wondering why the lift arm reinforcing door plate is sold separately since it came packaged with the belt and slide mechanism I purchased. It would seem all contents included the box would belong to me, the purchaser (excluding of course additional instillation fees which I declined).

The Precision Team was great from from sales to installation. The install techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and and did a great job on the install. The door is beautiful and we already got many compliments on how beautiful it looks. It is not always easy to work with contractors and companies in this day and age but the Precision team was really great from start to finish. We have a Manual Garage door. I called around 12:45 pm I spoke with Jules she was very helpful. I was told that the window for someone to come out was going to be between 2 pm - 6 pm. Travis was our tech and he was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was very professional explained everything to us and gave us a quote. He did an outstanding job and was awesome. Your company is fantastic!
