He not only fixed our issue, but performed an overall check of other components and identified some things that may need attention in the future. And he even prioritized list for us to keep our doors functioning properly. Really appreciated the information and the no pressure approach. Our garage door broke over the weekend and they had someone come out on Monday at our request. Arnold and Matt were our technicians and I can’t say enough good things. They were so courteous, friendly and super knowledgeable. I had a new garage door in less than 3 hours and everything was so clean after. Thank you Arnold and Matt!

It started with a great sales call, and a fair quote. Installation was smooth, and the installers were pleasant and respectful. Sherman and Jesus took the time to test everything, gave clear explanations, and went the extra mile make sure we were happy with the job. Before they left they made sure the area was clean and they picked up all the trash. We were told this company was too expensive — I will say that for a few percent more, they were worth every penny. The exact same product will poor customer service and not so professional and knowledgeable installers has a cost. Go for it, you will be glad you did.

Wow, if you need any type of work done on your Garage door , give them a call I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon! Talk about great service ! I called them about a small part on the door to be fix ! No job too small. While the tech was here I had Him do a complete check ! It’s been a while , he check everything ! Fix a few things that needed taking care of, before he even started the job , he told me what it would cost! The tech’s name was Sammy, very nice , very friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does! He told me how long it would take to do the job and he got it done in that time frame! From when I first called them and to the end , everyone should get 5 stars for a job well done ! This company is an easy 5 stars ! Once again Thank you !! 2/3/26

Precision installed new hurricane rated doors at my house two years ago which we have not had any issues with. Yesterday my garage door opener malfunctioned. Precision came out that same day. Chad Pappas was out technician. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener. Chad was excellent in explaining why this needed to be done and carefully walked us through how to operate the new opener. Chad represents your company very well.
