The spring broke on my garage door. Precision has replaced it a little over three years ago with a 7 year guarantee. Your repair man, Chris, came on time and upon seeing that I had the guarantee replaced the spring at no cost to me and adjusted the door. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work done.

I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.
