I chose your company because of the ad I had seen on TV and you have excellent reviews. Chris called and came at the appointed time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He repaired the springs quite quickly so we were able to get our car out of the garage and attend the party that we were going to. Thank you for excellent service Chris!

Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We had a non emergency issue with both of our doors and Precision was able to come by within a few hours of my call. Their technician, Arnold Simpson took care of everything with the type of care you'd expect if the doors were his, not ours. He worked for hours until he was certain the doors were operating as well as possible. What started out as two really noisy doors ended up, with a few parts and a lot of adjusting, working and sounding as if they were new. Great job by a great tech!.

After using repair service XX, I called Balco this morning only to hear a busy signal for over 1 1/2 hours. Fortunately, I googled garage door repair and selected Precision. Glad I did, Joshua Figueroa and his helper showed up and provided a through inspection. They offered several options to get me back up and operating. I chose the most expensive, because it came with a 7 year warranty for parts and labor. They did a great job, I felt comfortable with the end result, certainly worth the additional cost of bringing the entire back to premium operating condition. Its so QUIET now.

I have done business with Precision Door five or six times over the 21.5 years I have lived at this residence. Always been happy with the service and the company reps that come. Yesterday Bryan and Stewart fit that same mold very curteous and very good at what they were doing. Made repairs timely and since I was on a time crunch they helped me meet my goals. i had a broken cable on one side of the door. I had a broken cable many years ago. We did not replace years ago but we did yesterday. I did not think that was warranted based on the age of the spring. Ended up also changing the winders the cable runs on because new cables were thicker and required a winder winder. that repair then required a new spring. Just felt I had extra expense that wasn't necessary. Both men were professional, friendly and good. But in the end I felt I spent more money than was needed for the repair.

The spring broke on my garage door. Precision has replaced it a little over three years ago with a 7 year guarantee. Your repair man, Chris, came on time and upon seeing that I had the guarantee replaced the spring at no cost to me and adjusted the door. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Josh arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what caused the problem and how it can be remedied. Because of the nature of the problem, it was not solved today and requires further work.
