I was very happy with the service I received yesterday & will continue to use Precision. My technician was so good to explain the problem to me & options I had for the repair.He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous and I will request his services when I upgrade which will be necessary in the near future! JERRY gave us an early phone call to alert us of the impending arrival of the Precision Garage Door Team, and to have the garage area clear of cars and obstacles. Upon JERRY and SHERMANS arrival, they were very professional and quick. Once the install was complete JERRY put the garage door “ through it’s paces “ and lubricated it thoroughly, and instructed me on bi-monthly lubrication points of the garage door.

I have used Precision over 10 years for my garage door needs. Just recently had to have the motor and belt replaced. Tech arrived on time of appointment. It was determined could repair the old motor but be so expensive decided to go with a new motor. He replaced the motor, belt, railing, sensiors, and door panel in less than hour and half. He was very knowledgeable and experience how to put in the new parts. I was as pleased with their work this time as I have been in the past. I would highly recommend them. Also another plus they carry the parts needed on the truck so able to get it fixed the same day.

Answered all my dumb questions with a sense of humor. The only small hiccup in the process was my door was a special order and took longer than I expected to arrive. I backed into the garage door on Sunday when I left for church. We were not able to close the door. We were so pleased when Chris Johnson was able to put the roller back on the track and the door worked fine again. We had 18year old springs so while he was hear he replaced them. Your door parts(spring, bearings , belts and motor) will last 7-9 years. I got 9-11 years out of mine because I use white lithium lube on it regularly. When the belt goes, the rest is either worn or about to fail. My door received new springs, bearings, belt and motor. It took one hour to replace. The technicians are very knowledgeable, fast and professional. Once they replace everything, you're good to go for another 7-10 years.

I had an excellent tech, Kevin C. He went out of his way to install a new motor and provided me with options. As excellent as he was, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I have two homes, and we installed this new door as a safety feature since I often come to this house alone and want to drive right in and close the garage door. I'm a 66 year old woman and feel vulnerable being here alone. When my garage door wouldn't close, my entire house was open to whoever wanted to come in. Two different people at customer service continued to tell me I would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained that my house was wide open and that I could not sleep there exposed, nor could I leave the house wide open and go to my other home. They continued to switch me to other people who told me the same thing. Finally I asked to speak with a manager and pointed out that we went with precision because they provide emergency service. She did manage to find someone, Kevin, who came out within the hour. I spent more than an hour, beginning at 1pm and continuing until 1:50 arguing with customer service that I need it done today. I was very disappointed with the people at customer service, but I do give 5 stars to Kevin C. who was extremely efficient and courteous.

Five Stars all the way! We came home from vacation to find our spring was broken, the door was too heaving to lift manually and we had two cars stuck in our garage. At noon we called the number on the sticker from a previous service call four years ago and there was a technician at our house by 6:30. The tech was Wesley Allen and he could not have been nicer or more courteous. He explained the process, provided the cost options and the work was done within an hour. The process could not have done any better.

I was very pleased with the services I received yesterday. It was definitely a 5 . He determined the problem and replaced the door control and gave me a quick tutorial. I asked if it would be possible to install a back up battery for the door opener. He not only said it was possible but he installed it immediately. Terrific service

Keith was so nice and informative on how to help maintain our garage door. He was on time and knew right away what the issue was and it was fixed and back to working within 20 minutes. Christian also came out a year ago and installed new springs and other parts and we were very pleased with that job as well. I will always use them for any garage door needs.
