I chose Precision based on commercials. The spring broke right on the weekend and I scheduled appointment on Monday. John was very professional during his visit: he came on scheduled time, made some questions about the issue and took inspection of the garage door. After that, he provided estimate, made some suggestions and offer some other options how to improve the door condition. Everything was done in timely manner, no issues at all. I recommend this service and John.

Called for a broken spring. I would first say that the service techs that were sent were extremely nice and courteous and made the repairs as needed. I absolutely felt that the pricing was way too high! Never expected to pay $740 for spring replacements and not even the top line springs. Granted that the labor was included but springs just don't cost that much! A door sensor appeared to go bad at the same time which I said I would replace and looked up pricing for an OEM replacement $39. They ended up replacing it at no cost but their invoice price for the sensor was $240 which again they did not charge me for but clearly showing that there price structure is way out of line.

Old Precision PDS 4700 Merantec opener suddenly would not close unless the wired wall control was held until the door closed. Serviceman Michael Freeman came and after assessing the problem called the office. They told him to replace the opener with a Genie opener. Michael was very competent and friendly. He replaced the opener and safety sensors and wiring. The new opener works well. The office told Michael to treat this as a warranty repair and did not charge me anything. I could not be happier with this service. Thank you very much.

We have been a customer for almost 10 years. This was the first time we have had Sean Wolf as a technician. It was New Years Eve, first thing in the morning we were given a 12- 4 timeframe. We have used Precision for maintenance for our garage door. But today, the 29 yr old garage door got a broken coil. I called your company about 3:15 pm and approximately 1 hr later a technician named Robert( Garrett) came to our home. He explained our options and fixed the door. By 6:15 our garage door was operational. Robert was kind, respectful & knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the repair. Thank you and keep up the good work.
