My last review got cut off part way through, so I'll try this again...Very Happy. Sean Tufalo was the tech that came out. He arrived early in the time window. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options and laid out pros and cons for them all. Had to replace a 40+/- year old system that was DOS for about 15 years. Once I decided on what I wanted, he gave me the price, I approved, and he went to work. Given the age and condition of the existing door and opener, it took an "over and above" attitude and effort. Even with the extra time and effort spent, the quoted price was the charged price. Beyond that, Sean seemed to be a pretty straight-up guy. I'll have them come back in a month or two, after I finish another project, and install a new, and needed, hurricane rated door. Highly recommend the company and the tech, Sean T (They've got a couple of Seans so I have to be specific).

I just had a garage door replaced. The quality of the materials and the professional installation exceeded my expectations. The new door operates quietly. Unlike the old door, outside noise disappears when the door is closed. Very satisfied!

Lucas came out to replace the broken spring on my door. He recommended the cable drums and cables since they were showing signs of age. We then decided to change out the rollers as well. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. Our technician, Cameron, showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. My opener was over 12 years old and going crazy. He gave me all the options of repairing it or replacing it and was done within the hour. There was a small snafu with the opener, but as soon as I mentioned it he came back that same day to change it out with a new one. He programmed all of the remotes in our cars and outside. Wonderful job and I highly recommend.

If you expect the "Best" you call the "Best." I have been a long time customer and they never disappoint! This service call was for a tune up and replace the rollers. Called at 11:55 a.m. and Louis pulled up around 2 p.m. the same day! Who even does that, except Precision. Louis was very professional, worked hard with no wasted time. No nonsense and fair pricing. I will continue to call them in the future and I encourage you to do the same....remember, if you want the "Best" forget the rest!

No service was performed. I contacted your company was because you were the ones that installed my current garage door opener. I had purchased this opener myself at Home Depot it was a very good quality garage door opener. It suddenly stopped working. The technician that came out seemed like a very nice person but the equivalent troubleshooting he did for my opener was the same thing I did before I called. I did not have a good feeling when I was quoted a price of “around” $1500 to have a new garage door opener installed. When I said I did not expect to pay that much for a replacement opener he asked “what were you thinking and I said no more than $500 for sure “ he told me to hold on while he went and checked for any “promotions that would get me a better price. He came back with a contractor special of $749. I said that’s ok thanks for coming out. I asked is there any way that he could figure out what was wrong with my existing opener he told me no but I could call the company to see if there was anything they could do for me if it was still under warranty (it was only 2 years . old). Your company is in the business of upselling and ripping people off. I should have known this when I was charged $2900 to replace a spring and install an opener I had purchased myself 2 years ago. I will never call your company nor recommend your company to anyone. The rating of 1 star is a generous one.

When the garage door springs broke, our cars were trapped in the garage and we could not leave. Precision sent a repairman within 20 minutes of my call for help. Chad, the repairman, was very professional, competent and pleasant. He assessed the problems with our door which went beyond just the springs, gave us a price for the repairs up front before beginning any work and then fixed the problems in a very quick, expert manner. We highly recommend Precision and would definitely call them back in the future.

Our keyless entry into our garage stopped working again this morning. Precision sent Chris McVeigh out to my home this afternoon... what a joy he was to work with! Chris gave me a quote ... I told him "let's do it"! He had such a pleasant attitude and went over board on fixing my problem by installing a new entry pad and oiling the springs! I would recommend him to anyone! Precision is lucky to have him; thank you again Chris, for your professionalism and efficiency in helping us out! He even programmed a car that we were having trouble with...and he blew out the garage!! Wow!!
