Cable on one side of garage door broke causing door to drop on one side and jam. Service man responded within about an hour on a weekend day. He was friendly and courteous and completed his repairs in about 1-1/2 hours. He replaced the cables and reset the door and it is working well. I am happy with his work and how quickly he responded but I feel that $512.00 was extremely high. I will not use Precision again.

I had used Precision in the past to repair my garage door opener and was very pleased with their service, therefore, I called them again to repair my garage door this time. Their technician, Matt, was very professional and did an excellent job in performing the repairs needed. Matt even programmed my cars so that I could open the garage door in my cars. Could not recommend Precision more highly! From the initial quote to installation, Precision made the entire process easy and all associates and technicians were so enjoyable to work with!
