We use precision for all our garage door needs both in Pinellas and Hillsborough county. We are very happy with the work that was performed on our most recent problem. Precision has an excellent employee in Noah Greer. He is polite, mannerly, and knows his craft. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Long story short, if the power is on, the motherboard should never touch the motor. So after killing that opener, I called Precision and was able to have someone come out that very day, on Memorial Day Weekend !! Matt came, quoted a price, and once I agreed, he had it installed in an hour! He did an awesome job. He also stopped by on his way home after I called about a question. All is well. Price a little high? Yes, a little, but I had a new opener in an hour!!

We bought a new garage door in March and in general it works fine. But recently it began to make a loud "thud" sound when it nears the end of its travel when opening. It seems as though something may be binding causing the door to momentarily slow down until the motor can overcome this. Then it jerks quickly to catch up resulting in the thud sound. Your technician investigated and adjusted one of the rails but the problem remains...in fact it may be worse. He told my wife that "it's a big metal moving door and sounds are to be expected". I understand that the door will make sounds when opening, but the jerky movement and loud thud sound is not normal. I'm afraid this will cause a premature wearing out of my opener. I would like another technician to look at this again.

I want to thank Precision for a great job delivered today. Through sheer stupidity I backed into my closed garage door several months ago and damaged three aluminum struts (one of which was hanging half off the door). Fortunately I was able to operate the door OK, but I certainly didn't want that aluminum piece to be hanging forever. My appointment window was between 8:00 AM and noon, and John arrived at my house between 8:30 and 9:00. Much to his credit he had all the parts he needed for a full repair, and he replaced the old, rusty rollers. Although he gave me a quote for a replacement door, he didn't push it and confirmed the existing door still has life in it (with the smoother rollers). The repair was done in less than 2 hours, plus I had John install and program a new outdoor remote I had purchased. All-in-all, John was fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Precision!

Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved within the hour !! both the technicians were very professional and polite !!

Garage Door repairs were made as recommended by Tech, Wesley. He was efficient and explained the reasons for each repair made; Spring, rollers and bearings. He also lubricated all working components on the door and works quietly and like a new door.

This was the worst service call I have encountered in nine years! Not only did the technician not know what he was talking about but he flat out lied. He could not diagnose the problem with my garage door so he proceeded to tell me the only sure solution to the problem was a $699.00 motor. No wonder they can afford so many commercials. Stay away from this company.

The technician was on time and very friendly. He was professional and introduced himself and listened patiently while I described the issue. He explained what he was looking at and what he was thinking as he trouble shot the door. He started with a simple fix to see if that would resolve the issue. It worked and he didn’t try to over sell or push anything on us. He was a pleasure to have come to the house. I can’t enough great things.

Couldn't fix my door because don't have parts too outdated. Replacing door but work is backed up. Husband is disabled and use garage to get in and out with mobility scooter. Wish it could have been fixed sooner but will wait

Great service, will definitely use again. The service tech, John T, was polite and very knowledgeable. He inspected the door and identified a few issues I was not aware of; he pointed them out explained in detail what the problem was as well as which items were absolutely necessary and which might be optional, i.e. prevent future failures. I've used several other companies in the past but never felt confident the job was done right or thorough -I'm certain with John's work that this door is done right.
