Our technician Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and serviced our garage door. He also brought new garage opener and programmed that into our garage door opener. He helped my husband by explaining things he should routinely do to keep door in good condition. Excellent service and excellent technician!

5 Star: We had used Precision several years ago for a broken spring. When they came out they also reinforced the door to meet hurricane codes. They were very reasonable. This time the problem was different. We were expecting a similar low cost repair but since our opener was about 20 years old they could no longer get the parts so we had to get a totally new opener and also a new spring...certainly not low cost. However the work was done well and the end result is much quieter, smoother than our old opener. Except for the sticker shock, very satisfied.

This is the third time I have dealt with Precison Garage Door. They have always been quick to arrive, had all the materials and performed the installation or repair tasks quickly and efficiently. Most notable to me is that their personnel, including Chelsea who answered the phone, are very nice people and make the experience more comfortable. They arrive in well maintained and clean vehicles. Chris, who replaced broken springs on my door, took the time to answer some questions about working for Precision and he had nothing but great, impressive comments regarding his employers. Even when he had a terrible fall off a roof (not while fixing a garage door) and was out of work for about a year they held his job for him and financially assisted his family through a very trying time. Kudos to Precision for caring about their employees! They even arranged a special work van for him because of limited movement in his knee. These people care, I see it and I feel it. Great job!

2 men showed up in the time frame agreed and did the work in 1 hr. My request was not easy to explain but they understood and the result was very pleasing. My garage door was so loud it was very annoying and they fixed it quickly. It was costly, $790 but very effective. I would hire them again.

I really knew I made the right decision to call Precision after Alejandro determined my spring was worn out. Watching that huge door drop like a ton of rocks when he pulled the cord to disengage the opener shocked me. Someone could have been killed and at the very least the door would have been damaged terribly. He and Bob put the new spring and other parts (rollers, drums, sensors, cables) in quickly and I got to work on time. And when he went to replace the battery in the outdoor keypad at my request and inadvertently broke a wire, he and Bob replaced my keypad free of charge! Thanks Precision!

WOW!!!! We made a service call late Friday, and they scheduled appointment between 6-8 pm. Noah was our service tech. He called us before arriving at the scheduled time. He recognized the problem right away and gave us several options. This young man was one of the "best" tech for any kind of service we have had over the years. The service is a little pricey, but we went with it because of Noah's honest opinion to fix the problem. He was absolutely thomrough going over everything he did, and explained operation of new opening system installed, plus we also added a new Linear garge door opener. Noah is a very young man, but he knows what he is doing. He is extremely professional, polite, and extremely efficient doing his work. Precision Garage Door is pricey, but you pay for quality work.

The service was performed in a timely manner and the recommendations to correct problem was completed. The service tech was very thorough and explained what needed to be done now and suggested what needed to be done at a later date..he was very nice and explained any discounts available..he replaced the spring, rollers,and bearing less then 2 hrs. The experience started off well with professionals doing a good job with replacing our garage door. They even included the insulation for free after some confusion over the original order. I have now gone through yet another failed attempt with a county inspection because the permitting company's (Gulf Coast Permitting) inability to supply the required documentation to complete the job. Precision Garage needs to find a different company to do take care of the permitting process. This has now been going on for 5 months and I have wasted several precious vacation days because of it.

I have had good service from them. I was disappointed that they have an email address in their emails to me that is not available. I find sometimes things in writing are easier to get straight.

Technician came to repair our garage door opener the same day we called. He needed to replace the opener and worked to come up with a solution to a storage shelf above the cars that gave limited access. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a good sense of humor.
