I called and they were here the next day (upon my request) which they were going to come the same day. He stayed working until the job was done. I am so satisfied with the new Garage Door Opener. I have used Precision Garage several times for repairs and also to replace the door 5 months ago. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and professional. I was having a problem with one of the wheels and not only did Luke fix the problem but he also raised the height of the door by a few inches because I mention I was interested in having my Jeep lifted and was unsure about the clearance. He went above and beyond and his kindness was much appreciated.

This afternoon I was shocked by the snap of the very large spring/coil and the loss of the motor to my garage door opener. I called Precision and a tech was at my nome in 15 minutes. The problem was extensive and the fix was explained totally in laymen's terms. Bryan worked for several hours and completed the job successfully. Then he told me all about the new machine and reprogramed the remote for the door. The garage was cleaner than when he started. I have never heard a quieter garage door opener.
