I had seen your ads on Fox 13. I liked the fact that you guys could be out any day of the week, even holidays. As it turns out, the spring on our garage door broke New Years Eve. I called around 9:00 that morning, and your tech, Bryan Stewart, was at our house by 12:30. He inspected the door, explained what needed fixing, and had it all repaired by 2:00. I was very satisfied with the service.

Garage door spring broke on New Years Eve. They responded and fix the problem on New Years day. Service Technician Daron Earle explained every thing needed in a clear manner. Service work was done very efficiently. Excellent service.

Matt was very nice explained everything and did a great job! the door needed new springs because one snapped last night and the bearings were also shot so we needed them as well, the doors was replaced and springs etc. by Precision in December of 2012,

Very disappointed. You put in new opener in 2010 so I called you when spring broke. Tech came and presided to tell me rollers,cable was going and an assortment of other problems. Seemed it was more prevented maintance than things that needed replacement . Only wanted springs replaced. Quoted me $880 I said no then it was $780 I refused service because on line average cost was $250-300. I got estimate on line from you and all of a sudden springs are $440. That’s a$340 difference in price. You’ve lost my business and all my neighbors in Salem Village. Refused service.

We needed immediate service on our garage door. My husband saw your ad in the Tampa Bay Times. He phoned and explained our situation and you had a Tech come out that day. Your tech, Matt (A) Leto gave us the estimate for repair and also what a new door would cost. He was very thorough, checking everything. At this time we chose to have the door repaired. Matt was informative and professional at all times. He had all the parts (numerous) in his truck so there was no need to come back another day. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. Wesley was very nice,but I feel that I was over charged. I called for a tune up at 59.95 and ended up paying 249.00. He put new rollers in at 22.00 a piece. He said that they come in packages of ten. That I knew. But, I was not expecting to be charged 220.00 for rollers that you can get for 16.00 to 25.00 dollars for a package of ten. I know that they are not the quality that were in there previously. He was very surprised that I had all of my original paper work from when the door was installed. I will say that the door does run a lot smoother and is not as noisy but,I feel that I was charged 200.00 dollars in labor. That's crazy!!

service was prompt and technicians were very professional. Have used precision a couple of times previously and would consider using them again... would have to weigh my displeasure with the sneaky billing. I was quoted $360.00, but was charged $405.00. I thought perhaps tax, but on $360 that would only amount to a touch over $25.00 or a bill of roughly 385. Low and behold My invoice included $25.00 for "shop supplies" and get this - an additional $20.00 for FUEL SURCHARGE! Why shop supplies aren't included in the price quoted I am not sure other than to make the price sound better than it is. Absolutely no reason to charge 20 bucks for your gas! Cost of doing business - if you expect your customers to pay for your gas, roll it into the price quoted. And anyhow 20 bucks seems rather high.These type of sneaky pricing games leaves a bad impression likely to cost you business. Whats next, "warehouse fee" or possibly employees healthcare tax? The more I think about it the more I think I'll choose another company next time.

this was a warranty visit: We had a new Opener installed a few months ago. Over the past few weeks we noticed the Opener was getting a little noisy. I called for an inspection and our service tech John, was dispatched and took care of the situation. He inspected the motor and applied lubrication in a few places and now the Opener appears like new again. John had performed the original installation, is very professional and provided the required service to our satisfaction.

My brother reccomended this co. When my garage door stopped working. Got a live person on the phone right away(which is always a plus) and got an app't same day between 11-3p.m. Mike called and showed up around 12. I was thrilled. Nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. Very professional,and obviously knew what he was doing! Diagnosed the problem,explained everything,and replaced my opener,springs,and rollers. That was a whole lot of work! The door works great now. Could not have asked for a better experience.
