I will recommend Precision to all my friends and family, My installers name was Luke Rose, he called me prior to coming over. Once he got there he noticed that my air handler was going to be in the way of the door opening, he looked over the situation and came up with a plan to customize the tracks so that the door would fit. He did a fantastic job and my wife and I could not be happier. He was a true professional and made sure that everything was perfect before cleaning up and leaving. He deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he performed.

Had a Spring break on a Friday nite. I searched the Internet & found Very Positive Reviews on Precision. Called Saturday morning & had an Appt. In 5 minutes arriving between noon to 4pm. Got a call @ 2:10 that Jose Rosario had arrived. He checked out my situation & offered suggestions with an Estimate. He proceeded to do the Repairs & Cleaned up after.
