Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. It was an old operator, so I called the installer who had just left and he arranged for a technician to come this evening. Hope he is bringing a new operstor with him.

I don't usually comment on my customer service from various vendors, but I have to say, this company has it's act together. We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - it is rare to find a well managed, customer focused company like Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

I called Precision, desperate to fix my crinkled metal garage door, now stuck, and having to be at work in a few hours. Chris Pinnegar is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He showed me what the issue was with my garage door which was buzzing only and not opening or closing the garage door. When he completed the repairs, the garage door not only works but it is a lot more quieter than it used to be. We’ve had the springs and the electric eye sensor replaced by Precision before, so we know how their workmanship is, which is excellent and I would always recommend Precision and Chris Pinnegar and his associates to replace or repair any garage door. Price was affordable too!

Would rate Precision 5 star based on service and efficiency. No delay in obtaining a service, very efficient and knowledgable staff. New garage door opener installation was needed to replace an extremely outdated unit, technician was competent and took time to explain options, also took time needed to program all the cars and hand remotes - excellent service. Only negative was cost, could have obtained the opener at lower cost but would have sacrificed speed in addressing the problem and potentially service quality.

And thank you so much for correcting the previous error made by the installer who sold me struts for insurance wind mitigation when I actually needed a new impact rated door. Today - the dumb movers packed in both of my garage door opener remote controls. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in time before I moved. To my relief, the tech got here in a record time and replaced the missing remote controllers. Whew. Not only that, the day before, I finally got an electrician to install / add a plug outlet for the garage door opener... and to my dismay, the door wouldn’t open and close. The tech came by on the same day and explained to me about the “safety eye” and that it was blocked by a rake ... I had this “Duh” blonde moment. I learned something new here. LOL The Precision folks are the best.

Was able to come the same day as we called, replaced the garage door bottom seal. I asked about something and Matt showed me another outer seal that was the answer. Left to get it and was back within the hour to install that too. He did a great job and never tried to sell me more than what we originally called for. I would recommend this company.
