The tech (Andrew) that was sent to service our door couldn't have been better. On time, informative, knowledgeable, and best of all, very personable. I had a "popping" in the door when we opened it every time. We looked at all the possibilities of the cause and couldn't find a thing. Finally he noticed the "rack" above the door (where we stored items) had moved just a slight bit and the door was touching it on the way up. Andrew made a minor adjustment and problem solved. Would give Andrew and Precision the highest recommendation possible. We have used them numerous times.

Once he got there he noticed that my air handler was going to be in the way of the door opening, he looked over the situation and came up with a plan to customize the tracks so that the door would fit. He did a fantastic job and my wife and I could not be happier. He was a true professional and made sure that everything was perfect before cleaning up and leaving. He deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he performed.
