Very speedy arrival, competent, professional technician. He explained options for repair (broken tension spring & bearings) and exact costs. Repair we completed in 45 minutes or less, as promised. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn't call anyone else when I have garage door issues - many thanks!

We called precision initially because we saw their TV ad, but now we would call precision because of the excellent work and professional manner in which John Tsangarinos resolved our garage door problems. He is very knowledgable, professional and helpful. He put a lot of work in up front to diagnose our problem and after his examination recommended specific products to maximize the life of our garage door apparatus. Johnis an excellent representative of your firm, and I would not hesitate to work with him again as needed.

The tech. Called 15min. Early to confirm, arrived on time. Inspected the door and wouldn't you know it worked fine! He did mention that the spring needed to be lubricated, which he did and then left the can of lubricant with me, AND DID NOT CHANGE Me for the service call! I would say that this was service above and beyond. Yes I will refer this company to other homeowners

John Pappas was your tech who came out today. He was quick with the install but was concerned about the door opener not fitting correctly in our work shed that had a single garage door opening. After talking with the office he started his work and it fit great with no room for error. He did a great job and we both were happy that there was no problem with the install. John was a very nice and personable. I've had Precision do all of our garage door installs, repairs, door opener installs and etc and never had a problem with their installers. Everyone including their telephone personnel are very very nice. Thanks Precision! Great job again!
