We needed our garage door repaired and it was nice being able to call and get a repair person on the weekend without having any extra charges. Wesley Allen was the employee sent and he was very professional and fixed the multiple problems with ease.

Kevin Cutolo was the representative and he did an excellent job of repairing the door. He was very knowledgeable and polite listed all the cost associated with the door. The cost I do believe was rather high at $ 880.00 for springs bearings and rollers

John T came to my home and was very knowledgeable. He replaced my garage door opener, replaced the springs, rollers, cables and added a brace to my garage door. He did not try to oversell me, was very kind and respectful. I wish that all companies were run like this.

Jose Rosario was the technician that came to the house to review options on motors. He was very clear on what the options were, gave us some topics on how to maintain the garage door, provided additional service without being pushy, and did a great job. He helped to get the garage door opener synched up with my car remote control. Jose was very professional, friendly and helpful. After his work, my husband commented ‘the new garage door motor is so sweet - what an improvement!’ I would highly recommend Precision and Jose to anyone!

Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. It was an old operator, so I called the installer who had just left and he arranged for a technician to come this evening. Hope he is bringing a new operstor with him.

I don't usually comment on my customer service from various vendors, but I have to say, this company has it's act together. We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - it is rare to find a well managed, customer focused company like Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Great performance and service was provided by Keith. Great customer rapport . He explained thoroughly what the problem was and also what my options were. He had the garage door up and running in less than an hour. Great service at a fair price . Will certainly recommend your service to others. Thanks again.

I called Precision, desperate to fix my crinkled metal garage door, now stuck, and having to be at work in a few hours. DAVID arrived in 1 hour after calling Precision, and in 45 minutes my door looks and works like new. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Amazing experience.

James, my technician, was knowledgable and completed the job in no time. He was careful to explain what he was doing along the way and didn't try to oversell me on optional services. I will definitely use precision again, but due to the quality of the work, may not need to.

Couldn't have asked for better service and Chris was absolutely the best. And having the ability to make an appointment on the weekend (no additional charge) couldn't have worked out better. Oh, and the new belt drive system is so quiet you won't believe it. Don't hesitate to call if you need garage door repair or opener replacement.

Chris Pinnegar is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He showed me what the issue was with my garage door which was buzzing only and not opening or closing the garage door. When he completed the repairs, the garage door not only works but it is a lot more quieter than it used to be. We’ve had the springs and the electric eye sensor replaced by Precision before, so we know how their workmanship is, which is excellent and I would always recommend Precision and Chris Pinnegar and his associates to replace or repair any garage door. Price was affordable too!
