Keith Allen was our service technician. He was very courteous and professional. Called the house when he was on the way with an estimated arrival time. Arrived assessed the broken springs, advised me of our option. Spring repair with a new garage door opener install. Great job. We will be calling for a new garage door when the time arises. previous rep installed wrong part making the door unable to be kept open during power outage but current rep found the mistake and corrected it. Door is now operable during power outage. current rep also inspected and installed new battery that also did not operate during power outage. Hopefully no future problems creating hazardous condition. Otherwise satisfied with the service.

Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous. My garage door would not stay down after a power outage when power was restored. The technician (Carlos) explained that the system had "learned" a new up/down procedure with the door unattached to the mechanism and he reprogrammed the door and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future if there is a power outage. There was no charge for this. I was quite satisfied.

Today one of your capable technicians, Matt, came to repair my garage door opener. Matt did an excellent job of evaluating what was not working on my door and what he would be able to do to repair it so it would work. Matt was very professional, clean-cut and mannerly. Matt had to work with both of my cars still in the garage so he was very careful and neat at his job. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and if needed will call this company again.

Prompt appt and service, Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful tech. We had our garage door installed by Precision 21 years ago- never an issue, opener even still working and just needs a new track after all those years lol. Amazing, did not need a new door but called to get a price on a new hurricane wind loaded door and will be installing one soon. These days when you cannot even get a refrigerator to last more than 4 years its nice to know there are still people doing quality work. LOL I bet it will last another 21 years... Thanks guys.
