Our Technician, Ryan, was fantastic!!! He made it out to our home the same day on time to fix our garage door that wouldn't close, which turned out to be one of the cables that came off the pulley. Ryan took the time out to explain the issue in detail and then explained our options and made some great recommendations. After decision was made he went right to work and really did a superb job. I would like to say how wonderful James was with assisting me with my garage door repair. James called LiftMaster on my behalf to ensure the correct parts were ordered and rescheduled an appointment where he drove to my house, only to determine that the parts that were needed had not yet arrived from LiftMaster. Once the parts did arrive he installed them. Now my garage door is working perfectly! James went above and beyond to ensure that my garage door was repaired properly and I wanted to be sure Precision knows how appreciative I am. 5 stars all around! Thank you!

I am very happy with the repairs completed today on my garage door by John Tsangarinos. I only called Tuesday night at 5:30 pm needing the repair of the spring which broke 15 minutes before. I was given the first appointment for Wednesday morning at 8 am. I was so happy that the repair would be completed the next morning because I have my house up for sale so time is of the essence. John completed an excellent repair job and the door sounds better than new!!! I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know and have them ask for John. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job in a very timely manner!! I would rate Precision a 5+ star rating!!
