Precision was very responsive, came the day that I called because of a broken garage door spring. The technician (Jeremy Westerbeck) was very professional, performed a complete inspection of the garage door and completed the repair.

Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process. They were able to come out to our home within an hour of our service call. The tech was able to fix everything that was wrong, had all the parts he needed with him and was done with the repair in an hour! He explained all of our options and let us know what we really needed at this time and what will probably needed in the future. He didn't try to pressure us into fixing everything all at once but repairing the necessity while also letting us know more work would probably need to be done in the next few years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Rebuilt my aging garage door that would not open properly, with new rollers, springs and cables and other outdated or worn parts, and now opens and closes like new. They showed up as scheduled and even allowed more time to get another repair completed FIVE STAR rating for this job.

John, the tech came on time and was polite. He told me that I needed new parts and was able to fix it that day - not return in a week because he didn't have the parts on the truck, etc. It took him maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes to resolve the issue - diagnosis plus fixing my garage door. He told me what needed to be replaced but I don't remember what they were exactly - so I can't answer the second half of the question below.

Technician Blake Bailey arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and professional. He replaced the springs and rollers and the operator bracket in less than an hour. Our 11 year old garage door and opener operate like a new installation. Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater achieves a standard of professionalism and service that I wish others would try to achieve.

Ryan Goodpasture arrived between the times the dispatcher indicated and replaced the unit that day in just a hour. What service!!! Everything was covered under warranty - no hassles whatsoever. We were very happy with the services we received. Our technician didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need, but let us know what was causing our immediate issue, as well as some things that should be replaced in the future as they were showing wear (20 year old opener). We were able to make decisions that were right for us, and are very happy with the repair as well as the installation of a new keypad.

Heavy garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Door very heavy and car stuck inside. Called Precision and within an hour and half a technician was at residence making a repair. Provided estimate on different repair methods and performed thorough inspection of existing system. Technician very knowledgeable and completed all requested repairs in a quick manner. Each time I have called them out ey have always turned up on time. They even call and tell me they are on their way and when to expect them.
