My husband had used Precision for his commercial garage doors and was impressed with the service. Carlos was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything that needed replacement but did not pressure us in any way. He simply gave us the facts and let us decide. Mr. Rapp , You should be very proud of your technican Zack Rago and his supervisor Eric Taylor , they did more then I expected with the total repair of my garage door. It now runs very smoothly and is much quieter then before then rebuilt it. They both represented your company in a professional, caring and friendly manor. I chose Precision since I have seen a great deal of advertising regarding the company, and was even more certain when I received a confirmation e-mail regarding the appointment. It gave me the technician's name, photo, and a brief bio. Since the e-mail showed the photos of all of your technicians, I thought this was a very excellent way of Precision letting their customers know who is coming to their home. Your technician, Ben Elliott, was great. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. He had to install a new motor and rollers, and we discussed the possibility of a new garage door being installed. However, that is something that has to be approved by the Homeowners' Association, so I will send in the necessary paperwork. If that is approved, I would definitely want Ben to come and do the work. He is a true professional, and I would give him a 5 star rating.

I chose Precision to install a weather seal on my garage door and do a basic tune-up because of their great reviews on Angie's List. The tech that came to do the work was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure the weather seal closed any gaps between the bottom of the door and the garage floor. He inspected the door and opener and recommended additional services without pressuring me to decide immediately. Job well done!

When I originally had the garage door opener installed it worked fine and very quietly. A noise developed when opening the door. Doug (the tech) immediately recognized the problem and very professionally and politely repaired the door. He also gave excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Performed a tune up, replaced the door seal and replaced the rollers to the garage door. The door quieted down by 70% and the ugly old sagging was replaced and looks great. Very happy with Ryan and the service provided and would highly recommend you.

I found out about Precision from a truck near my house. I looked them up online and liked everything that I saw regarding the company. John Tsangarinos was the technician that came out to my house. He was very nice and very informative. He gave me several option on what to do with the door repair. I had to have Rollers replaced, brackets, replace the opener and the keypad entry. The door is like new. John even took the time to program the opener through my car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
