Had garage door problems so I called Precision because of TV ads & my next door neighbor used them & was very happy. They came out the next day on time with 2 persons. Showed them the problem. Gave them a few minutes to look over my problem, came back with a price. I took the price, they started ,fixed the door. Asked me several times if I had questions. The appointment happened the same day I called. Alex, the tech, was very professional and explained what he was doing and updating me regarding the condition of our garage door opener. He used the existing new keypad to sync with the garage door opener and also added bolts to the garage door and the opener.

Travis Prescott continues that tradition. He performed a "Pre-Hurricane tune-up" on the door, and now it opens and closes more quietly than ever. He even helped me set up an application on my cellphone so that I can open or close the door from my phone! That's going the extra mile. My Genie Garage Door was at least 30 years old, so I got my money’s worth! However, I wasn’t prepared for how expensive a new one would cost!! If it wasn’t for your policy of breaking it up into 5 different payments I would be getting out of my car to raise and lower my garage door! There is no way I could have paid for it all at once! Both technicians were outstanding and finished the job in one hour! That must be some kind of record!! Thanks guys! Great job!! ??
