Precision was able to come to my home within a couple hours of calling to fix my garage door. When they were done, they checked out my entire system & told me one item that should be repaired before it failed. They completed both repairs for a great price. I will definitely use them again.

The Technician, Jesus DiMasse was extremely professional and effective. He ensured that we knew exactly what repairs were necessary and why. I was sure that parts would have to be ordered, but everything was on his truck. Jesus is a very pleasant young man and knows his job well. No wasted time or energy. I hope I never need another repair, but if I do, I intend to ask for him.

Outstanding service. Brittany was terrific— very responsive and helpful. The guys who did the installation did fantastic work. We have an old garage and they managed the difficulty of the job. Could not be happier.

I will definitely call and refer to Precision Garage Door in the future. My situation was rather embarrassing…I did not have a garage door problem, I had an electrical problem. The technician diagnosed the issue in minutes. (faulty outlet) Thank you for your honesty and pointing me in the right direction.

Well, I had some difficulty with defective panels that may have been more cosmetic than anything,Precision Garage Doors stood by to replace them until they were right. It took several times to get it right, but there was never a kickback from them. They just ordered replacement panels to make it right. Took a little longer to get it right, but it is fully correct and I’m very happy with my garage door. Several different technicians have come. Every one of them has been polite, Explained what they were doing, and on time always.

We had the opportunity to use this company at our former home in Madeira Beach . They were terrific then and l knew if I called them today they would be most reliable and do a great job. They were on time and the tech was totally knowledgeable. I will only use this company in the future and recommend them to all our friends.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision. We just moved into our new home and the spring on one of our garage doors snapped. I called and Sean came out same day to replace the spring and actually ended up replacing all the mechanisms on both doors as well as replacing one of the motors that was older. The price was great, but even more so the job was done very well and professionally. I appreciate Sean's hard work and working around all the boxes and junk in our garage from only being in the new house for about a week. I highly recommend this company and Sean's work!

As the ad says, "Precision is a name you can trust." Easy to make an appointment, responsive and the technician was professional and quickly handled the situation. I was informed every step of the way. Lastly, I was asked if I had any questions after the installation was complete and the warranty explained.

The process was perfect from start to finish. Andrew and trainee gave a great price for impact garage door and new opener. They beat their competitors. The scheduler I think his name was Ethan if I got that wrong sorry, he was phenomenal. The installer did a great job, permit arrived on time in the mail and inspection is complete. Stay away from American Garage Door their website is fake and are not licensed Pinellas Park/Fort Meyers they also go by Garage & Gates Services. Stick with the professionals. Precision was awesome.
