I can highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. I called on a Sat. and their Rep , Arnold Simpson, was here by 12:00.He checked everything out and gave me options to fix the problems, which he showed me so I would understand what was needed. After receiving my estimate, he completed the work to my great satisfaction in about 1 hour. Arnold was early, knowledgeable, and very Courteous! Called one morning after my opener failed. Office made an appointment for 2-6 PM that day. Tech arrived just before 2 PM. Tech diagnosed the problem, gave a clear explanation of the problem and the repair needed. A new operator was very professionally installed. Worksite was cleaned perfectly; system works exactly as it should. These are the type of folks who we can count on....there will be no reason to ever call anyone else. Thanks for Great Service!

Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We had a non emergency issue with both of our doors and Precision was able to come by within a few hours of my call. Their technician, Arnold Simpson took care of everything with the type of care you'd expect if the doors were his, not ours. He worked for hours until he was certain the doors were operating as well as possible. What started out as two really noisy doors ended up, with a few parts and a lot of adjusting, working and sounding as if they were new. Great job by a great tech!.
