I called on a Sat. and their Rep , Arnold Simpson, was here by 12:00.He checked everything out and gave me options to fix the problems, which he showed me so I would understand what was needed. Called one morning after my opener failed. Office made an appointment for 2-6 PM that day. Tech arrived just before 2 PM. Tech diagnosed the problem, gave a clear explanation of the problem and the repair needed. A new operator was very professionally installed. Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We had a non emergency issue with both of our doors and Precision was able to come by within a few hours of my call. Their technician, Arnold Simpson took care of everything with the type of care you'd expect if the doors were his, not ours. He worked for hours until he was certain the doors were operating as well as possible. What started out as two really noisy doors ended up, with a few parts and a lot of adjusting, working and sounding as if they were new. Great job by a great tech!.
