Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We had a non emergency issue with both of our doors and Precision was able to come by within a few hours of my call. Their technician, Arnold Simpson took care of everything with the type of care you'd expect if the doors were his, not ours. He worked for hours until he was certain the doors were operating as well as possible. What started out as two really noisy doors ended up, with a few parts and a lot of adjusting, working and sounding as if they were new. Great job by a great tech!.

Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Arnold Simpson deserves 5 stars plus! Thank you Precision!

Arnold Simpson did an excellent job on our garage door and he worked very hard to get it going again. Furthermore he advised us on a number of items which the door might need to be corrected in the future as the door was already 11 years old and it probably would need further repairs. We agreed with him and he exchanged the items he suggested. He was friendly and very professional and we were happy that Precision send him to us. We certainly can recommend your company to our friends at Valencia Lakes in Wimauma.

I was very pleased with the services I received yesterday. It was definitely a 5 . He determined the problem and replaced the door control and gave me a quick tutorial. I asked if it would be possible to install a back up battery for the door opener. He not only said it was possible but he installed it immediately. Terrific service

Our technician Arnold was great, he listened to what we were looking for, gave us 3 options to choose from, we ask him for his opinions on all three.
