Rate Five Star. Springs and Roller Replacements were done the day after I called. The technician was very friendly and explained my choices in springs and their costs very thoroughly so that I could make the appropriate choice. Everything is working correctly and much quieter than before. I was able to use coupons from Precision advertisement, but mainly used Precision because of great reviews on Angie's List.

We were very pleased with the work done on 1/23/19. We had a major overhaul done on our existing door that included a new opener, springs, sensor, and repairs to the door and it's moving parts. ARNOLD SIMPSON was a 5 star service technician. He arrived promptly and advised he was able to assist with my original request for a replacement remote for a very old opener and program it as well as the unit didn't have a program button and the original opener left with a car. More importantly he inspected the entire system and pointed out some deficiencies that I was not aware of and had them attended to. A very friendly and understanding man who helped me understand in a non-technical level. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you Precision for another great service, This is the second house I have had you replace the garage door drive units in and can't believe how quiet the belt driven units are compared to the worm screws.Your technician, Arnold Simpson, was very efficient and knew all parts of the job,including reprogramming the opener in my car. Both times I have had excellent service and had no issues with the doors in 4 years that I owned the previous house.

Arnold is the man! This guy comes to my house late at night around 10pm on a Monday night to fix my garage door. Not only did he present me with different repair options, but he did the repair in less than two hours. He didn't just tell me what needed to be replaced and repaired but he explained to me why and its importance. The only downside is the parts I purchased and the labor were rather expensive--1800 total. However, I am certain that the quality of the parts and the quality of the work will eliminate any future stress of this issue reoccurring. I would definitely use them again and plan on recommending them to both my friends and relatives. Oh and I received a veteran discount. Any business who supports the military is a friend of mine.
