Arnold Simpson

Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Arnold Simpson deserves 5 stars plus! Thank you Precision!

Arnold Simpson did an excellent job on our garage door and he worked very hard to get it going again. Furthermore he advised us on a number of items which the door might need to be corrected in the future as the door was already 11 years old and it probably would need further repairs. We agreed with him and he exchanged the items he suggested. He was friendly and very professional and we were happy that Precision send him to us. I asked if it would be possible to install a back up battery for the door opener. He not only said it was possible but he installed it immediately. Terrific service

Rate Five Star. Springs and Roller Replacements were done the day after I called. The technician was very friendly and explained my choices in springs and their costs very thoroughly so that I could make the appropriate choice. Everything is working correctly and much quieter than before. I was able to use coupons from Precision advertisement, but mainly used Precision because of great reviews on Angie's List.

ARNOLD SIMPSON was a 5 star service technician. He arrived promptly and advised he was able to assist with my original request for a replacement remote for a very old opener and program it as well as the unit didn't have a program button and the original opener left with a car. More importantly he inspected the entire system and pointed out some deficiencies that I was not aware of and had them attended to.
