I originally called Precision Garage Door because they could come out after hours to fix my door so I could go to work the next day. They were so helpful I had them replace both door openers. A year later I damaged one of the rails. They came right out again and fixed it and would not charge me. Again I was able to not miss work. Today they came right out to check on a noisy motor which needed to be replaced so I wouldn't be locked in. Again no charge because of the warranty. Feeling a bit guilty about not paying for all this service I am having them put some extra cleats on my door when they replace the motor. I have used other garage door companies, Precision is the best. Tom Butler

Chad Pappas was an AWESOME!! Tech. He was on time, and his customer service was second to none. He took no time in completing a job that i thought would take much longer. Same day service.
