I contacted Precision after reading their reviews on the internet. I was greeted by Tommie, who was very helpful and able to get me an appointment for the very next day. The next morning my technician, Jimmy Johnson, came and assessed my garage door repair needs. Jimmy was punctual, very personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair my garage door quickly. My garage door has never worked better and he gave me some much needed instructions on how to maintain the door in good working order. Turned out to be a quick fix. But only a pro would know that. Jimmy was very helpful with care instructions too. I did think the price was a bit high, but you get what you pay for.. door is all set now and nicely refurbished.

I had no idea what to expect when I had to call for service on my garage door that would not open nor did I know who I should call, I'm so leery of being taken advantage of. I remembered the commercial jingle so I looked Precision Door up and after seeing all the reviews I started feeling more comfortable. The tech that came was Jimmy Johnson. He was very courteous and introduced himself right away and also looked very professional and had his mask on. He came in and identified the problem right away and took care of it immediately. I could not have been more pleased at the whole experience. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks!!!

The service was great and Jimmy was a super technician. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He gave me some good pointers on how to maintain my garage door. The only negative was the price. I was charged $70 for a remote that sells on Amazon for $35 and $90 for a keyless entry pad that sells for $39 on Amazon. I expect to pay more for the knowledge that Jimmy brought but not double. $180 bill and he was here less than 30 minutes.

I called Precision because we have used them in the past to repair our garage door and was very satisfied with their service. When I called, I wa given an arrival window and our service rep, Jimmy, was well within the allotted time. My wife worked with him. He was very polite and professional; explaining exactly what the problem was and now it would be repaired. He worked extremely hard to complete the project in a timely fashion. After the completion of the project he patiently went over everything he did providing he with a detailed bill, explained the warranty, and told her how to reach him should something go wrong after he left. He event took time to reprogram my wif'e's car so she could open and close the door from inside her car. Jimmy represented your company well and should be commended.

The garage door opener was professionally install to the point I can't believe how quietly the sound is now when I open an close the door. Everything looks great and I thank the gentlemen that repaired everything he explained the steps and why I should pick one of the two options, I did think the price quotes were very high, but I was more concern about safety for me and my family when returning home late at night and did not have a choice at the time.
