Great service all around!! Called at 9am on Monday morning and was able to schedule the same day. Had Jimmy Johnson as a tech and have to highly suggest requesting him. Was done in less than an hour and very nice... when I was pulling up to the house and he was already there..rolling my garbage cans up from the street.... who does that! Great company and will suggest them to all of my neighbors.

I had a great experience with Precision. Jimmy was my technician and he was vey knowledgeable about my garage problem and fixed it beyond my imagination. The garage door now opens and close without hesitation and has to be the most silent garage I have ever seen/heard.

I'm not going to lie. This was the first site I found when my wife called me at work (in a panic) saying that the garage door had broken with a loud "explosion." Looking back, Man am I lucky. Not only was Precision able to get a tech out within hours, but it was Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy called 30min out to give me a better arrival time and then showed that he knew everything I needed to make this an EXCELLENT experience. Personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and fair. Not only did I take his card, but he's going to be my #1 recommendation to anyone who will listen. The fact that he speaks highly of the company and says he's not unique in his traits speaks volumes. I'm not a big review writer, but for Precision and Jimmy - absolutely. Thank you.

"5 STARS". Thumbs up for an excellent job. Jimmy Johnson is a true professional. He's knowledgeable of the product and extremely capable of installation and/or repair of said product. My garage door was an absolute mess with a broken overhead spring, rollers knocked out, cables broken, et cetera when Jimmy first arrived, but within 3 hours my door operates as if were brand new. This is the first time using precision to fix my garage door. From the call to schedule an appointment to the work that was done, all went smoothly. They got a technician out the same day and within a few hours. My garage door got damaged pretty bad and I thought I was going to have to replace the whole door or that they would try and sell me on buying one, but Jimmy the technician, which by the way a very personable and knowledgeable guy, took the time to explain and show me what needed to be replaced (drums, cables and springs) and why without trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. He also took the time to show me how to do proper maintenance on the door so that it last longer. Once he finished he noticed that the belt on my garage door opener was about to break and pointed it out to me, which I'm happy he did. That could have been a costly expense if not caught early. I like that he didn't mind me watching and asking questions the whole time he was here or tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. He took his time and made sure the door was working properly, which my husband and I feel it works better now then it ever had before. It opens and closes more smoothly and quietly. Jimmy also left everything clean and finished in a timely matter. I highly recommend this company and Jimmy!

I don’t normally take the time to commend people in this fashion but I was compelled to make an exception in this case. Last week we called Precision to fix our two-car garage door which had recently broke down. It was more or less and overhaul of the entire system. The reason why I am reaching out to you is to make leadership of Precision aware of what an asset they have in their technician Jimmy Johnson. The quality of the work and speed that is was done surpassed all expectations. I did not realize a garage door could be so quiet when opening and closing. Jimmy not only was personable but clearly took a lot of pride in his work. Jimmy’s qualities will ensure I would only call or recommend Precision for future needs.
